Готель гарний, дуже уважний працівник ресепшену (в окулярах). В номері було чисто, затишно, є все необхідне. Немає клімат контролю в неопалювальний сезон, але надали обігрівач. Прибирання щодня, сніданки в номер. Але вони були несмачні, це єдиний мінус. Величезний плюс готелю - дійсно пет френдлі без додаткових доплат, ми змогли навіть відвідати спа з песиком. Вид з номеру був на гори, як і бронювали. Загальні враження від перебування дуже приємні.

Обрали цей готель для весільної подорожі, в номерах чисто, є все що потрібно для комфортного проживання. Були деякі нюанси при заселені та проживанні, але персонал готелю залюбки виправив всі моменти коли про це повідомили. Також додали приємні бонуси в знаки компенсації незручностей.

Молодий та привітний персонал, розташування, гарна СПА зона, смаколики для домашніх улюбленців, чисті номери. Трохи заважав шум від дороги, сніданки на любителя, але все індивідуально. Смачні млинці зі шпинату ( Сніданок 1), рекомендую! Хочу подякувати менеджеру за вирішення питання з туром, компанія швидко прийняла міри. Дякую за чесність та відповідальність.

Чудовий готель в центрі Буковелю. Нові номери, класний басейн з підігрівом з неймовірним краєвидом! Єдиний мінус - сніданки, в готелі немає свого ресторану, тому сніданки приносять у номер як доставку в одноразовому посуді, не раджу брати.

Нам очень все понравилось) Новый современный аппарат отель в самом центре Буковеля , все основные достопримечательности в пешей доступности) Очень приветливый и внимательный персонал. Отличные номера где есть все необходимое для проживание с детьми, качественная косметика в ванной комнате) Большая терраса и бассейн на крыше с красивым видом , это отдельная любовь ) Единственный минус, это нет ресторана в отеле. А так все супер )

Саме місце класне, але є велика проблема з басейном, який по факту не теплий і плавати там довго неможливо, лиш трішки окунутись, бо вода холодна і він не пристосований для вулиці + залишились дуже засмучені тим, що ми замовили їжу а на ще замовлення не передали і ми просто лишились голодні
