Чистота в номере

Не понравилось то, что пол вечера пытались настроить кабельное телевидение которое не работало. Хотелось полежать и отвлечься, а в итоге бегали на ресепшн с надеждой что нибудь сделать, но без результата.

Гарне враження про готель залишилось лише від розташування і частини персоналу. Якщо ви сподіваєтесь заїхати в готель і спокійно відпочити, будьте готові до того, що немаючи Миколаївської реєстрації і документів про відрядження ціна буде вища, звукоізоляція відсутня та й в номері дуже холодно. Прибирання в номері ну дуже умовна річ, бо з такою кількістю пилу, брудної підлоги і брудних меблях прибирають явно не часто. Щодо постільної білизни я просто додам фото. Також будьте готові до шумних сусідів і до того, що їх ніхто з персоналу не заспокоїть.

Отель хороший и удачно расположен в Николаеве. Кофе -хороший -это плюс. Персонал приветливый-приятно. Большой и просторный номер-хотя и называется малый семейный.

Тонкие перегородки-все слышно. Непонятный вход в отель. Нужно подняться на 1 этаж .обойти около и найти лифт. Когда 1 раз неудобно

Номер просторный, чистый, уютный, завтрак сытный и вкусный. Окна во всю стену, вид на дорогу. Но, как всегда есть но...

Во-первых, номер на троих человек и я это уточняла при бронировании и кроватей на 3 человека, большой семейный номер (одна кровать 2-ух местная, вторая - полуторная), а вот набор полотенец и тапочки на 2 человека; Во-вторых, номер довольно просторный, а столика с чайничком и чаем-кофе нет; Во-третьих, в ванной есть сушка, которая не работает. Так зачем она там вообще? А, чтоб полотенце вешать, потому что нет вешалок в ванной. Ещё огорчило то, что нет ни фена ни утюга в номере.

Нормальное место расположения, транспортная развязка. В здании круглосуточный супермаркет. Приятный завтрак. Просторные номера.

Персонал вежливый, старается, но у них не получается ничего. Не знаю как так можно. Сначала перепутали дату заселения, в итоге по приезду номер был не готов. Потом на завтрак забыли дать джем и сок, принесли уже когда все поели. Дальше, не приготовили командировочных документов, хотя обещали выдать при выселении. Пришлось ждать 20 минут. Ну и самое странное, никогда такого не видел, в 12:00 стучатся в двери и выгоняют. Ни минуты не дают свыше. Хоть обувайся в коридоре. Что еще... Ванная комната с виду вся супер современная, но в душевой кабинке отваливается ручка, душ протекает, полотенца как клеенка, воду не впитывают.

Гостили с женой, нам очень понравилось! Удобное расположение в городе, нету большого скопления людей. В гостинице приятный персонал. Уютные и комфортные номера. Рекомендуем!!!
