Хоч, номер економ класу, але це не привід щоб на шторах лежав пил, пахло тютюном і не було авансового WiFi. Головне було тихо, ніхто з сусідніх номерів не заважав.

Территория, месторасположение, наличие свободных мест, быстрое расселение

Интерьер, не было пульта от декодера, персонал не шибко приветливый, душевые кабины проржавевшие, платмассовый ободок на унитазе поломанный, белье и полотенца немного с затхлым запахом, очень сильная слышимость!!!

Очень хороший отель за небольшие деньги. В номере было тепло, чисто, теплая вода, телевизор. Интерьер на любителя, но на 250грн. - отлично!

Бабульки не ресепшене! При оформлении номера они пять минут возмущались, что им не позвонили и не сказали о нас. Потом, каким то чудом, я все же оказалась записана в ее тетрадке. )) Но, думаю не всем понравится такой сервис - "Аля фром Советский Союз"!

Прибыли к 15.00 Номера еще не были готовы. Уборка ужасная. В санузле плесень. Номер прокуренный. На лист заселения взглянули мельком и сказали что Hotels24.ua бронируют, что хотят, а им не сообщают. Деньги взяли полностью без учета предварительной оплаты. Квитанции не выдали. Администратор вся нервная, создалось впечатление, что клиенты ей мешают работать. Предварительную оплату обещали вернуть, но прошел уже месяц и никаких действий с их стороны. Гадюшник....

В номерах накурено,холодно,чайника нету, в ванной нету зеркала, душ это не душ, а просто шторка с унитазом...Один работник на ресепшен обслуживает басейн,аквапарк,сауну всего Житомира ,а также гостиничные номера.Продуктовый магазин в 18.00 уже закрыт, к ближайшему 3км. Никогда не посетим это заведение и вам не рекомендуем!!! Любите себя!!!И не позволяйте на вас зарабатывать!!!

Отличный отель! Порадовало все: местоположение, сервис гостиницы, вкусная еда, отзывчивость и профессионализм персонала.

Что гостили только одну ночь, обязательно приедем не по работе, а отдохнуть)

Аккуратный внешний вид номера, чисто. Есть горячая вода, напор хороший. Территория комплекса не маленькая, красиво. Много развлечений, как для взрослых, так и для детей.

Или стены слишком тонкие, или наши соседи слишком страстные. Требовались две отдельные кровати и так как они были сдвинуты в одну, пришлось раздвигать их самостоятельно.
