Затишний,чистий,зелений та доглянутий двір.Зручний заїзд,стоянка для авто.В номері чисто,є все необхідне .В номері чайник,вода.Смачний,свіжоприготовлений сніданок.Приємна літня тераса.Рекомендую.

Жахливий сервіс і повна байдужість до гостей! Зупинялися в «Вікторія Парк Готель» у Бучі і залишилися вкрай незадоволені. Адміністрація веде себе пихато і хамовито, на будь-які зауваження відповідає зневажливо, ніби гості їм лише заважають. У готелі було багато дітей, але персоналу, схоже, абсолютно байдуже до їхніх потреб. Сніданки входили у вартість проживання, проте адміністрація навіть не спробувала організувати їх вчасно. Більше того, коли попросили зробити сніданки на виніс, щоб діти не залишилися голодними перед ранковими заходами, нам просто відмовили – мовляв, «у нас такі правила». До того ж, у номерах і ресторані було холодно, спати і перебувати там було нестерпно, а персонал навіть не намагався вирішити проблему. За такі гроші це абсолютно не варте уваги місце! Відсутність сервісу, хамське ставлення і байдужість – головне, що залишається після перебування тут. Не рекомендую!

Нам дуже сподобався готель Вікторія. Чудові номери (на свою вартість), гарне розташування у місті. Прекрасний та ввічливий персонал готелю. Дуже смачно та ситно смакує у ресторані. Сніданки входять в оплату. Красно дякуємо та рекомендуємо.

Хорошая территория, приветливый, чисто,очень вежливый персонал, недалеко большой парк. Постель не самая новая, но очень все чисто. Кровать удобная. В-целом все очень и очень неплохо. )

Днём довольно долго и громко праздновалась свадьба у бассейна. Правда, гуляли культурно и не до позднего вечера. Было прохладно, но по-моему, в номере не было кондиционера. Ещё в какой-то момент в ванной появился запах канализации. Не резкий, но заметный.

Це одне з найкращих місць, де я побувала. Все на вищому оівні, персонал дуже приємний, їжа смачна. Відпочити можна дуже гарно❤️ Раджу всім.

Відпочивала у Вікторія Парк Готель, чистий басейн, зручні лежаки і затишні зони для відпочинку.Ввічливий персонал, швидке обслуговування і смачні закуски та напої. Гарна музика, гарна можливість позасмагати під сонцем. Все сподобалось, кайфік👍

Приїхали відпочити разом із сімʼєю на декілька днів, на території є басейн, дуже доглянутий та чистий, для відвідувачів знижка на відвідування 50%, що досить приємно. персонал привітний, заселили раніше. номери чисті, хоча і не нові, ліжка комфортні, все дуже затишно, в номері є маленький комфортабельний балкон з чудовим видом на басейн. Великий вибір сніданків, все дуже смачно. Плануємо повертатися знову і знову!

Номера це жах, все зламано , пилу багато, таке відчуття що не прибирають і цей номер коштує 3300 , кондиціонера немає, це жах!!!!

Номер очень уютный, тихий, приятный интерьер. Спасибо за такой хороший и вежливый персонал, который всегда поможет. Ну и конечно же вкусные завтраки!

Единственный минус, отсутствие горячей воды в ванной. Есть только теплая.

Спасибо за такой приветливый персонал. Конечно же местонахождение отеля просто великолепное, очень красивая территория. Прекрасный просторный номер со всеми удобствами.

Один минус, так это то что в жаркую погоду немного не хватает кондиционера.

Прекрастное расположение отеля, очень близко находится Бучанський парк. Номер просторный, чистый, все соотвествует фотографиям. Огромное спасибо за такой приветливый персонал. Также очень вкустные завтраки, а что самое главное разнообразные.
