The private estate "Myslyvets" is located in the center of Polyanytsia village, 200 meters from the central road. "Myslyvets" is two cottages for accommodation of 6 and 9 people. Each cottage has a kitchen with all the necessary appliances (hob, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle, dishes), where guests can prepare their own food. There is a cafe 200 meters away. Each cottage also has its own bathroom (shower, toilet, sink). The six-bed cottage has a terrace, the eight-bed cottage has a balcony. Transport services are offered for an additional fee. В Палянице отдыхаем постоянно. В этом году забегались, и за работой, было некогда забронировать номер. По приезду, в тех местах, где отдыхали ранее, было все занято. Поселились здесь. После общения с хозяевами, в особенности хозяйкой, стало понятно, что отдых скучным не буде. Сам домик, где проживали еще более менее. Но вот условия, совсем не понравились. Я лучше нашел другое место подороже, но отдохнул нормально. А так выбросили деньги на ветер.
В морозы в комнате было зябко. Мебель давно пора заменить. Горячая вода с постоянными перебоями. За дополнительные услуги, нужно платить отдельно. И цены на них сильно завышены.

Угораздило приехать на отдых в этот коттедж. Дом довольно неплохой. Условия для проживания средние. Время которое мы здесь были, тянулось медленно. Хозяйка дома отличается странным поведением к гостям.
На первом этаже при температуре выше -12 уже довольно холодно. Фена, утюга нет. До подьемников около трех километров. Топать пешком совсем не близко. На каждые отдельные услуги свои расценки, притом очень высокие.

Для такого коттеджа, все довольно неплохо. Хозяйка хорошая женщина. Своим присутствием не надоедала. Мы проживали на втором этаже. Хорошая постель, было тепло и комфортно. Можно доехать рейсовым автобусом или маршруткой, за символическую плату 5-20 грн.
Нет стиральной машины, утюга. Раньше была плита, но щас ее убрали. Микроволновая печь также отсутствует. Скорее всего, в целях пожарной безопасности, ведь дом деревянный. Пешком далеко добираться.
