Готель супер, все сподобалося, але дорога до самого готелю некомфортна для низької машини. Але в загальному готель супер!!!

Дійсно помітно, що готель новий. Інтер'єр зі смаком (але не зовсім функціональний на мою думку), персонал ввічливий. Забудова навколо є, але не впритул до готелю, то дискомфортно через це не було. Ціна відповідає якості. В загальному враження позитивні. З того, що сподобалося найбільше: - чистота, наявність всього для особистої гігієни; - можливість прибирання за запитом; - зв'язок з рецепцією по телефону з номеру; - швидка реакція на прохання від персоналу; - надзвичайно смачний шоколадний комплімент від готелю після виїзду :) З того, що не сподобалось, то це: - дуже слабке освітлення у ванній кімнаті; - у нас був великий номер, але не було нормального стола, де можна присісти і попити кави. Чи банально поїсти в номері, бо виходить послуга сніданку в номер є, а де їсти нема. Хіба на балконі, але це не дуже зручно, особливо у холодну погоду. - також біля ліжка не було тумбочок, а якісь маленькі пласкі столики, трохи дивно виглядало і не зручно; - щодо мінібару, то окрім заповненого холодильника, на столі стояли кілька великих пляшок міцного алкоголю. Склалося враження, що адміністрація готелю схиляє до споживання алкоголю, так як можна добре на цьому заробити.

Номер і сам готель затишні і стильні. Чудовий персонал і локація. Єдиний неприємний досвід це басейн і джакузі. Басейн 25 С, дууууже холодний, плавати неможливо, в свою чергу джакузі працювала лише 50% часу. З коментарів нижче бачу, що така ситуація вже не вперше. Все інше працювало) Але ресторан Сажа в цьому готелі повністю сподобався.

Неймовірний готель, дуже високий рівень сервісу, приємний персонал та дуже затишні номери та спа. Єдине що трохи важко давалось, це підйом на гору до готелю, але це ніяк не вплинуло на наш дуже приємний досвід відпочинку в цьому гарному місці. Сніданки та кухня - дуже круті та смачні, подача теж на високому рівні. Усім рекомендую!
