Дякую за відпочинок. Були в різних готелях за кордоном. Вперше відпочивали в Україні, і приємно здивовані. Приємний персонал,хороший номер, центр буковеля! З радістю ще раз поверемося в ганз!

Мінусів не побачив.

Начну с хорошего: близко возле подъёмника, очень удобная лыжная комната на улице возле подъёмника, снял борд и пошёл в отель, красивый интерьер, лифт, паркинг свой крытый, все вроде бы внушает доверие.

Но разочарования начались в первую ночь: поселили в 106 и поздно ночью и рано утром было очень шумно, видимо из-за музыки в ресторане ниже. Попросили, переселили в номер той же категории, но он оказался меньше, без дивана уже, без работающего вай-Фая. Ладно, остались. пришли на завтрак и новый удар: все как в столовке, кушать нечего тем, кто привык к нормальной овсянке, яичнице, сырникам. Это был последний завтрак там, хотя он был включён в проживание. Спа в отеле платное, сразу Говорят сначала: что 200 грн стоит, потом оказывается что это за час. Воду питьевую ставят, со слов персонала, по политике отеля: только в день заезда. Убирали отвратительно: после уборки оставались бумажки на полу, усе бутылки, грязные чашки не убранные. В общем сам отель заслуживает внимания, но сервис хромает и за 200€ в сутки хочется иметь и воду, и спа, и нормальный завтрак. Тогда люди будут возвращаться, а не писать плохие отзывы.

Прекрасная локация гостиницы! Современный ремонт, новый чистый санузел, нет посторонних запахов, чистое белье, хорошие кровати. Удобно расположены розетки) Нормальная скорость интернета) Как бы все хорошо.

Хороший ремонт, чисто и аккуратно. Отличный большой бассейн. Вкусно кормят. Плохого про сам отель ничего сказать не могу. Хороший обслуживающий персонал. Все в норме.
