Хороші умови по критерію - ціна якість. Привітний, компетентний персонал. Любителі гірсько-лижного відпочинку знайдуть необхідне спорядження. Близенько до підйомників на спуски. Все гуд.

Дуже зручні ліжка. Про все піклувалась адміністратор Тетяна. На ресторації була кращою
Часто вранці не бувало гарячої води. Не встиг нагріти бойлер. Протягом року нічого не виправили. Тому треба мати це на увазі. Проживали на першому поверсі і було чутно що роблять сусуди з другого поверху.

Большой и чистый номер. Обстановка очень комфортная. В кровати спится хорошо. В комнате тепло. Персонал внимательный ,всегда поможет и подскажет что нужно. Приехали на 4 часа раньше нашего времени заселения, но нас поместили в свободный номер. Кухня отличная, все вкусно и стоит недорого.
Слабый Wi-Fi. Дозвониться проблематично. Проблема не слишком серьезная, но может иногда подвести. Небольшой выбор завтраков. Горячая вода часто была еле теплой.

Персонал великолепный. Очень хорошее обращение. В ресторане большой выбор блюд и вкусная еда. Порции большие и цена нормальная. Парковка расположена удобно. В номере чисто, уборка делалась каждый день. Номер большой и комфортный.
Освещение хотелось бы поярче. Бывает, скрипят деревянные полы. Размеры одеяла не позволяют с комфортом укрыться обоим. Горячая вода в кране, если долго не пользоваться, бежит не сразу, а через несколько минут.

Душевный и мастер на все руки администратор: и сам убирал, и следил за порядком, и даже сделал завтрак, вместо повара.
В летний период мало людей, из-за этого повар поскандалил с администратором,
