Чистота в номері та готелі. Тепло. Хороший сніданок.

Обіцянка персоналу на рецепшині, допомогти розібратись з поверненням 10% коштів, як гостей присутніх на весіллі в ресторані даного готелю, залишилась тільки обіцянкою.

Чудовий персонал і адміністрація, яка завжди йде на зустріч. Відбувалася весільна фотосессія. Все пройшло чудово.

Відсутність приміщень для куріння.Потрібно спускатись на вулицю. Але це скоріше не зауваження до отелю, а піклування про гостя.

Лучшее соотношение цены и качества в городе Чернигов. Отличный завтрак. Чистота в номере

Не понравилось что при выезде глупыми вопросами на ресепшен тянули время чтобы проверить номер . Я бы абсолютно нормально воспринял просьбу подождать пока проверят номер чем смотреть на натянутую улыбку и отвечать на абсолютно бесполезные вопросы которые задавала администратор.

Тишина, покой. размещение в центре города. наличие приличного завтрака. внимательные и отзывчивые девочки на рецепшн.

Надо решить, чтобы автостоянка была охраняемой и возле автомобилей всю ночь не толпились посторонние люди.
