Досить атмосферний готель. Він невеличкий але затишний. Чисті номери, дуже смачна їжа, великі порції, привітний персонал. Гарне розташування біля стадіону Буковина, можна зранку зайнятись спортом. Коли їси в ресторані з вікна відкривається панорама всього міста.

We recently stayed her for a week. The room and building were spotlessly clean. The front desk staff are very welcoming and friendly. Rooms are well-appointed, spacious, and comfortable. We ate breakfast at the restaurant a few times (cost of 200 UAH per person) and the selection was good. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance nearby, as well as a market and shopping centre. The elevator is quite small and takes a bit to make its rounds - but this was just a minor inconvenience. We had a great stay and we'll definitely be back!

Звукоізоляція номерів жахлива. Сусіди дивляться телевізор, а враження, що в тебе в номері. І це в 23.30 год.

Святкували Новий рік в Grand Royal. Загалом дуже задоволені. Щодо локації, до центру пішки хвилин 30, якщо на таксі хвилин 10-15. Щодо номерів, дуже класні, стильні та чисті. Але дуже великий мінус в тому, що все чути, стіни дуже тонкі (за це зняла одну зірочку). Також незручно, що один ліфт на 9 поверхів, доволі довго чекати, щоб спуститись вниз або піднятись в ресторан. Щодо сніданків, великий вибір і дуже смачно. Ресторан дуже стильний та просторий. В цілому можу сміливо рекомендувати, ми буде дуже задоволені.

Хороший новий готель, чисто, світло, розкішно. Приємно, що наявний балкон, хоч й з не безмежно гарним краєвидом, але це ніяк не псує враження. Хороший душ та індивідуальні засоби гігієни, зубні щітки з пастою, мило, шампуні, гель для тіла. Хороші рушники. В загальному залишились позитивні враження про відпочинок тут. Окремо маю описати ковдру та ліжко, спочатку здавалось трохи незвичним, але настає момент коли ти відчуваєш наскільки воно прекрасне й поглинає в себе. Як ж важко після цього вставати та йти кудись, коли настільки комфортно! Єдине, що хочу відмітити, що особисто мене здивувало - чомусь відсутній пульт від кондиціонеру в номері.
