Вічлива адміністратор,швидко нас прийняла,розповіла про всі вигоди даного комплексу.Басейн чудовий,за кімнатою зарезервовані лежаки,з номером кімнати,рядом з басейном фінська сауна і турецька лазня.Відвідали ресторан "Козацький хутір",там дуже гарний інтер'єр,смачні і вишукуванні страви і ввічливе обслуговування.Плануємо ще бути в цьому комплексі.

Особливості нашого корпусу,який виходить терасою до лісу,і літній сезон,це мурашки(потрібна обробка до заселення)Від обробки ,під час проживання,ми відмовились,робили вологе прибирання столу і підлоги, і тим забезпечили собі мирне життя і насолоду природою.Коротко - ми не комплексували,були оптимістами.

Понравилось абсолютно все! это лучший отель в Черновцах! сколько там развлечений, какая красивая территория, бассейн, вкуснейшие завтраки. Чистота везде! Рядом лес и чудесная атмосфера. Я в восторге от этого места!

Хотелось бы бассейн для клиентов гостинницы сделать бесплатным и было жалко бурого мишку( он должен жить на воле, рядом в лесу, а не за решеткой, ведь отель такой замечательный и так с множеством развлечений, и без мишки будет не скучно)

Ми зупинялись на одну добцу в двокімнатному номері. Сусідів ми не чули, було чисто і затишно. Зранку смачненько прснідали за шведським столом і за годину поїхали) Враження лишилось приємним) Дякуємо)

У ванній кімнаті немає гачків (дуже незручно з одягом)... і шкода тварин в їх мінізоопарку (вовк нудиться... ведмідь...)

108 номер худший из всех, сантехника поломана, грибок между между плиткой, на телевизоре трещина. был в разных номерах там все хорошо, но 108 ужасный

Прекрасное расположение за городом, но близко. Красивая, ухоженная территория, чистые номера. Были весной - рядом красивая природа. Приедем еще.

Гарний готельно-ресторанний комплекс,чудовий басейн,хороша кухня,простота і легкість резервування,компетентний і привітний персонал,чисте повітря.В номері білосніжна білизна, набір косметики, фен, халати, рушники,капці . Номер прибирається кожен день..За кожним номером, в басейні зарезервовані свої шезлонги .Гарний музей ретро автомобілів.Територія комплексу доглянута,чиста.Гарний відпочинок на всі смаки.

Номер люкс в корпусі №2, більш подібний на звичайний стандартний.В душовій кімнаті облуплена стеля і грибок по периметру душової кабіни,відсутність кошика для сміття.Двері між кімнатами важко відкриваються-закриваються,зі страшенним скрипом.Недостатня звукоізоляція між поверхами.Деякі гості комплексу,після опівночі ведуть себе дуже галасливо,начебто вони одні єдині в дикому лісі...

Очень красивая территория, все шикарно и погулять есть где :) второй раз я бы сюда обязательно вернулся

Не было написано, что бассейн платный, если бы знали - раньше бы приехали и покупались вдоволь. Мы приехали после 17 - 00 и 250грн платить за пару часов бассейна - это слишком... Все понимаем, что за комфорт надо платить, но обламываться и чувствовать себя обманутым не приятно

Розміщення, інфраструктура, затишок.

Обслуга могла б бути більш компетентною та оперативно вирішувати питання. Одна з кімнат мала проблеми з ключем, тому вона тривалий час не була в користуванні і значний застій води в трубах. Створює незручність, що цей комплекс широко використовується для гучних банкетів, тому відпочити у вихідні дні не зовсім комфортно, оскільки ресторани, як правило, не можуть обслуговувати індивідуальних гостей, а харчування в кімнатах є незручним, оскільки не має обідніх столів. У вихідні дні, через велику кількість гостин важко припаркувати машину.

В загальному все добре.Класний великий басейн і лежаки . міні звіринець, велика дитяча площадка, футбольне поле. Красива велика територія. в загальному дуже чисто, якщо не враховувати міні жителів яких опишу нижче

Великий мінус: басейн працює недовго. після 21:00 не поплаваєш.... В номері літали два велитенські комарі, і в туалеті та кімнаті знайшов два павуки на стелі...але враховуючи що будинок із дерева то це нормальне явище.

Отличное местоположение. Номер очень тёплый, чистый, выход к лесу с террасы прямо из номера. Приветливый персонал, хорошо, что есть возможность заказать завтрак. Все очень понравилось, если бы не одно НО, о котором пишу ниже.

Звукоизоляции в номерах со сруба просто отсутствует. Хорошо, что мы поехали без нашего двухлетнего ребёнка , хотя изначально планировали с ним. Так как в соседнем номере была бурная ночь любви. И это не претензия к этим людям, так как они вправе заниматься в номере чем хотят и не сказать , что громко. Но даже когда люди тихо разговаривали, то их было слышно. Мы уехали на день раньше, так как отдохнуть не получилось (((

Нам понравилось гостеприимство и комфортный отдых, огромная и красивая территория расположенная рядом с лесом, уютный номер, все супер

Отсутствует кофе автомат на территории, при очень раннем отъезде негде выпить кофе.

Были в этом комплексе 5 дней, нам очень понравилось. Приятный и заботливый персонал. Отличная кухня и очень хороший сервис. Хорошие номера. Для детей есть детская комната. Очень чисто и уютно. Большой бассейн.

Мини зоопарк. Совсем мало места животным

Очень понравилась территория, детские площадки сервис.

Мини зоопарк с медведем и волком, в жаркую погоду очень сильный запах от вольеров,а он находится в непосредственной близости с детской площадкой. Да и вольер маловат для медведика - животных жалко.

Красиво. Уютно. В номере всё что надо. Администратор несколько раз интересовался, всё ли окей. При гостиннице есть ресторан, приносят в номер.

Душевая могла бы быть лучше. Постоянно кто-то пытался зайти в номер. Звукоизоляция номеров.

Прекрасная ухоженная территория.Просторные номера. Отличный ресторан.

Для таких просторных номеров хотелось бы видеть минимум оборудования - холодильник, чайник, микроволновку. Особенно с учетом что ресторан открывается в 11-00. Позавтракать раньше проблемно.

Прекрасный большой номер. Все имеется для комфортного проживания. Очень понравилось отношение персонала. У нас возникли проблемы с приездом, но мы позвонили и нам пошли на встречу, хотя могли этого не делать, т.к. номер был оплачен. Очень благодарны им за это. Прекрасное расположение отеля, находится на трассе. Очень все красиво. Очень понравилась кухня в ресторане, но открывается поздно, в 11ч.утра, поэтому уехали голодные.

Когда заказывала номер, ничего абсолютно о нем не знала. Хотелось бы что бы были выложены фото конкретного номера и его полное описание,а не общие фотографии гостиницы.
