Дуже вражена чистотою всього закладу. Батого буваю у відрядженнях, такого аромату чистоти зустрічаю обмаль. Несподіванкою була новина, що я можу замовити косметолога та зробити масаж , і все це в стінах одної будівлі. Зокрема по номерах - як нові і не займані!!! Прибиральниця була поруч, каже за графіком потрібно вимити вікно... Дійсно, знімаю Шляпу!!! Ви найкращі і ви зробили мій день наповненим радощів та відчуття піклування! Рекомендую кожному відчути піклування всього персоналу... Дяка Документи на відрядження роблять швидко і для моєї бухгалтерів дають все необхідне

Наш відпочинок у готелі «Шляпа» був чудовим! Чистота в номерах на найвищому рівні, все охайно й затишно. Великим плюсом стало пізнє виселення, а також можливість випити чай чи каву. Територія доглянута, є власна парковка та генератори, що робить перебування ще комфортнішим. Окремо хочеться відзначити персонал – дуже уважний, доброзичливий і завжди готовий допомогти. Атмосфера приємна, домашня. Однозначно рекомендуємо цей готель і з радістю повернемося знову!

Відпочивали в готелі «Шляпа» – залишилися тільки найкращі враження! Номери дуже чисті, затишні, є все необхідне для комфортного проживання. Приємним бонусом було пізнє виселення, а також чай і кава для гостей. Територія доглянута, є власна парковка та генератори, що дуже зручно. Окрема подяка персоналу – привітні, уважні та завжди готові допомогти. Атмосфера в готелі тепла та домашня. Обов’язково повернемося ще!

Сначала посмеялись над названием, но приехали в Днепр поздно, и выбора особо не было. Заселились — и были приятно удивлены! Чистые и уютные номера, невероятно доброжелательный персонал, маленькая кухня для готовки и отличное расположение в центре города: всего 5 минут до любой точки. Прожили 3 дня и остались очень довольны. Теперь будем останавливаться только здесь!

Дякую привітному персоналу готелю за теплий прийом! Дуже задоволена чистотою номеру, доброзичливою атмосферою а затишний дворик- це щось особливе! В кожній деталі відчувається піклування господарів про приємне та зручне перебування гостей у готелі. До вас хочеться повернутися!

Дуже задоволена перебуванням у цьому готелі. Чистота, сервіс — все на високому рівні. В номері акуратно, красиво і затишно:) Поруч з номером зручна новенька міні-кухня теж сподобалося. Чудове місце! Рекомендую

Є невеличка незручність щодо розташування Готелю, але це дрібниця у порівнянні з сервісом та ціною. Господарі попіклувалися про елементарне, наприклад, воду питну, у період відсутності світла працював генератор. Порадувала маленька кухня! Привітний персонал. Нам дуже сподобалося. Рекомендую

Надзвичайно дякую за відпочинок у готелі ❤️ високу оцінку заслуговують і адміністратори- привітні та професійні, Покоївки - чисто і комфортно Для мене важлива була локація / близько до лікарні Мечнікова - ідеальне розташування! Час ходьби - 5 хв через парк . А для туристів , щоб прогулятися містом - також ідеально / центр ! Чудовий готель !

Дуже гарний готель! В самому центрі міста, дуже затишно, чисто, приємно. Також тут є медична клініка. Є затишний дворик, чисті комфортабельні номера. Все в квітах! Видно, що персонал і керівництво з любовю робить простір красивим і комфортним, і затишним! Прекрасний уважний персонал! Дякуємо за теплий прийом! Рекомендуємо! Якщо будемо в Дніпрі, то тільки в готелі Шляпа! Дякуємо!❤️

Чистый,тёплый,уютный номер.Была предложена вода для питья.Есть мини кухня.Чайник,микроволновка.Возможно отдохнуть и смотреть телевизор. Все отлично.Был поздний заезд.Администратор ждал меня и позаботился об моем приезде и уюте после тяжёлого моего дня.

В ванной комнате был лишь гель для душа и жидкое мыло.Но отсутствует шампунь.
