Доброго вечора !Хотіли б подякувати вам за гарний відпочинок у вашому комплексі @batolomeo💕у вас дуже затишно велика територія ,смачна кухня,приємний персонал,дуже смачні сніданки,чесно кажучи я не очікувала такого, але нам сподобалось тому 💗🥰цих кілька днів з чоловіком ви зробили нам неймовірно і дуже приємно.Ми дуже гарно відпочили і Дякуємо за шампанське в номер це дуже приємно 🥰Ми до вас ще приїдемо і не раз.💘це приємно 🙏💕

Отдыхаем в бартоломео очень часто,обслуживание и сервис с каждым годом все хуже и хуже ! Персонал весь новый,относятся к постоянным клиентам плохо! Начиная с пляжа и. заканчивая гостиницей,э-вы катитесь к нулю!раньше отдыхали только в Бартоломее и были довольны! Порции салатов и основных блюд маленькие,выглядят как домашняя совершенно не ресторанная еда ! В номерах отеля нет зубных щеток уже 2й год !!!шведской линии в этом году нет ,только по выходным,завтраки отвратительные . На пляже и в бассейне осы ,которые каждый год жалят детей! Думайте как порадовать постоянных клиентов иначе у вас делать нечего !!!!

En mi caso ya era la segunda vez que lo visitaba , la otra vez solo fui a los bares de la mini playa que tienen , ahora me alojé y todo muy bien , única pega les llame y me dijeron que aceptaban american express sin problema , al llegar allí no funcionaba y tuve la suerte de llevar otra pero muchas veces solo llevo american express , creo que deberían solucionar ese problema , personal de restaurante muy amable , la suite estaba genial

Комплекс находится рядом с центром. Вкусные блюда и хорошие порции. Особенно понравилось в рыбном ресторане. Номер был отличный. Все было чисто и жилось в нем комфортно. Территория,видно что за ней следят и облагораживают. Для детей есть детская площадка.

Шумоизоляция слабая. Если попадутся «громкие» соседи, отдохнуть будет проблематично. Возле бассейна плохо убирают. Ездят машины возле детской площадки.

Ухоженная территория. Чистый и просторный номер. Вкусная кухня. Большой выбор разнообразных блюд. Морепродукты всегда свежие и готовят из них замечательную еду.

Охранник неадекватный попался. Начал хамить гостям. При подборе персонала, нужно чтобы они знали инструкции поведения, при работе в таких заведениях.

Персонал приветливый и внимательный. Все просьбы и замечания делают тут же. Опрятные горничные. Уборка в номере была ежедневно. Понравился бассейн. Неплохо так поплавали. Для деток есть площадка, где они с удовольствием играли. Территория красивая.

Жили в двуэхтажном домике, с плохой изоляцией. Плохо закрывалась дверь в шкафчике. Маленький холодильник. Кроме алкогольных напитков, больше, ничего не поместилось. В мясном ресторане еда была на троечку.
