Сніданок такий ніякий, шо я осилив заледве третину. Шумоізоляція погана. Всю ніч якісь «отдихающі» товклися по поверхах і грюкали дверима, поки нарешті не забрались на світанку. Чергові в готелі з цим нічого не могли зробити, але зате задавали моїй дружині дивні питання в стилі «чому ваш чоловік поїхав окремо зранку»? Шановні, вас мав би цікавити в першу чергу комфорт постояльців, а не їхні особисті справи :)

Шановне керівництво готелю, звертаюся з проханням подбати про наявність укриття для гостей. Наразі, щоб дістатися до найближчого, потрібно йти на сусідню вулицю, але про це тактовно замовчують під час поселення. У нинішніх умовах це питання безпеки, і про нього варто повідомляти одразу. Також хотілося б відзначити, що шумоізоляція в номерах слабка, а самі номери вже потребують оновлення — наприклад, герметик у душі відклеєний, матраци продавлені. Водночас щиро дякую за чисту білу постіль і охайні рушники. Сподіваюся, відгук буде корисним і допоможе покращити сервіс.

Відпочивали з сім'єю. Великим плюсом була наявність батута, дитячих горок, та дитячої кімнати, для жильців готелю з дітьми кімната наче безкоштовно, але потрібно запитувати на рецепції. На рецепції сидить миловидна працівниця яка доволі легко вступає з вами в комунікацію, розкаже що до чого, куди по близу можна піти, де крамнички. Сніданки смачні, дитина замовила кашу, йому принесли кашу з полуничним джемом навіть ностальгія пройшла по дитинству, приємні відчуття. В самому номері охайно, прибрано. Єдиним мінусом стало, що таксисти не сильно бажають їздити туди через затори, та й це рахується як окраїна. Але й поряд є де прогулятись. Чудовий готель

Шикарний готель за дуже демократичною ціною.Були з маленькою дитиною,велика ігрова кімната,компетентні адміністратори задовольняли абсолютно всі прохання.Ресторан і їжа все на вищому рівні.Королівський інтер'єр як в ресторані так і в корпусах готелю.Індивідуальний підхід до кожного гостя.Дякуємо!

Брала номер на ніч у відрядженні. Вцілому ок, номер чистий охайний, все є гелі шампуні , рушники , і т.д. Смачний сніданок що входить у вартість . З мінусів нема кондиціонера, холодильника, не дуже смачна кава , далеченько до центру 30-40 хв пішки .Не зручне ліжко без матраца ( Не працював телевізор , не рекомендую є кращі .

Зупиняюся в цьому готелі вже вдруге. Дуже подобається розташування, номери, сервіс. Усі дружні та завжди допомогуть або порадять. Дружня, спокійна атмосфера. Зупинялася у покращеноиу стандарті- iнтернет, чайник, кондиціонер, гарне ліжко. Хочу зазначити, шо при знеструмленні у житлових будівлях поряд- у готелі завжли було світло та інтернет. Буду користуватися цим готелем і надалі. Дякую❤

В командировках бываю очень часто. Стараюсь каждый год также выезжать на отдых. Для меня было очень приятно побывать здесь, в этом отеле. Для тех, кто путешествует или просто отдыхает, это место будет прекрасной находкой. Высокий уровень комфорта. Великолепный персонал. Мой номер был замечательным. Даже придраться не к чему. Есть все. Здесь просто отдыхаешь. Благодарность администраторам и всему персоналу, за отлично проведенное время. Всем рекомендую здесь побывать.

Минусов я не нашел. Все понравилось.

Поселили в новом корпусе, впечатление, что еще никто до этого не жил. Была жара 40-50 градусов, в номере прохлада вроде кондиционер работает. После отъезда забыл модем, нашли, перезвонили. Очень понравилось.

В стандарте все ок. Но 2 ночь были в стандарте улучшенном, и там вообще классно! Не знаю, что в люксе будет, но душевая кабина с гидромассажем это хорошо) Столик стеклянный с 2 хорошими стульями. Очень светло. И нам как раз было близко к больнице. Очень рядом с автовокзалом.

В стандарте кровать (матрац) немного жестковатые попался. В стандарте улучшенном получше будет.
