The private estate "Cosy House" is located in the central part of the village of Izky. This estate is a two-story wooden house with a summer terrace. Two 2-bed rooms are provided for guests' accommodation. There is a place for a picnic on the territory of the manor, the use of the barbecue is free, firewood is paid for and can be purchased from the owners. At a distance of 500 m from the manor, there is a paid sauna and a vat. The nearest store is 500 m from the estate, the river is 10 m, the forest is 200 m. The distance to the "Izky" ski complex is 3 km, to the ski lifts in Pylypka and the Shipit waterfall - 6 km, to the village of Volovets - 20 km.

Душа этого отеля - это хозяева:Ольга и Михаил. Добрая, открытая, гостеприимная Ольга притягивает к себе людей. Дом и столовая обставлены со вкусом, национальный колорит гармонично сочетается здесь с европейскими тенденциями в обстановке, сервировке, посуде и т.п. Кухня - это отдельная история: за 6 дней не повторилось ни одно блюдо (разве что блинчики и оладьи на завтрак - это было даже плюсом :)). Все было очень сытно, разнообразно, вкусно, по-домашнему. вы сможете попробовать национальную кухню, выпить домашнего вина или угоститься чашечкой эспрессо из кофемашины (в любом количестве). Оля оперативно реагирует на все просьбы, помнит о каждом госте, идет навстречу во всем и помогает решать любые вопросы - от организации экскурсий до поиска нужных лекарств. В доме очень просторно и тепло, в комнатах есть самое необходимое. От всей души рекомендую этот гостеприимный дом!
