Ставлю 1 зірочку за сервіс лише людям ,які робили нам масаж і проводили спа програму, дуже приємні люди та майстри своєї справи.Все інше-було прям на дуже низькому рівні, немає співвідношення «ціна-якість». Приїхали з прогулянки по місту о 21.20 ,хотіли попросити ще одну подушку,так як незручно було лежати на одній,але це питання вже неможливо було вирішити,бо не було нікого хто б зміг це зробити.Охоронець,який єдиний залишився із всього персоналу на ніч сказав,що не знає чим допомогти.Вирішили це питання самостійно,підклавши під подушку складені халати,що не сильно врятувало ситуацію. У висновку: жахливий сон ,а на ранок болі в шиї. Коли вранці замовили сніданок+напій ,то після того як принесли їжу пройшло хвилин 20 ,а лише потім принесли напої, що не сильно сподобалось,так як хотілось каву випити за сніданком відразу, а не після довгих хвилин очікування. Розраховували на кращу якість обслуговування,але маємо,що маємо.

Хочу поделиться своим впечатлением об отдыхе в отеле «місто». С мужем и дочерью решили полноценно отдохнуть в отеле. Дружелюбный сотрудник reception помог заселиться в номер. Наш номер был на 2 этаже с шикарным балконом, на котором было очень приятно посидеть вечером с бокалом вина. В номере есть все, для комфортного пребывания (тапочки, халаты, чайник, питьевая вода, чай, душевые принадлежности) Сам номер очень приятный, на стенах картины с видами Харькова. Територия: в отеле есть все, необходимое для крутейшего времяпровождения: подогреваемый большой бассейн. Бассейн примыкает к бару, вечером работает диджей. На территории есть уютные беседки для мероприятий. Территория очень зеленая. Для деток есть аквапарк, где можно безопасно и комфортно покататься. Завтрак включен а проживание и он прекрасен 👍😉 На выбор вам предложат «норвежский» яичница с красной рыбкой и тостами с крем-сыром, «английский» с вкусной овсяночкой, «американский» и «Украинский» с ароматным капучино или американо на выбор. Персонал очень внимательный, улыбчивый и дружелюбный! В общем если хотите перезагрузки среди лета в душном городе - резервируйте номер в отеле Місто, уверена, вам поновитися.

Новий чистий готель, хороша архітектура з високими стелями, зручні ліжка з ортопедичним матрацом, смачні сніданки. Мінус зірочка за звукоізоляцію/відсутність і за вікно на парковку.

Чудовий спа отель, в якому можна відпочити і насолодитися всіма спа процедурами. Чистий номер, чудова атмосфера біля басейну, сніданок, то взагалі окремий рай... Приїхавши до отелю мене чекала приємна новина, замовляючи номер стандарт мене заселили в люкс за ціною стандарту, ще дали знижку до дня народження. Приємним подарунком були додаткові знижки на спа процедури і десерт, який мені принесли в номер... Провівши тут лише добу я відпочила наче тиждень... Атмосфера така, що я ще обов'язково сюди ще повернусь...

Добрый день. Хочу поделиться впечатлением об отеле. В номере есть всё необходимое и даже больше: чайный набор, мини холодильник, рабочее место, гигиенические принадлежности, удобно расположены розетки, ванная комната устроена с комфортом. В отеле есть спа (сауна и бассейн) и тренажерный зал, доступ - по записи. Очень разнообразный и вкусный завтрак. В отеле чисто и удобно, персонал всегда готов прийти на помощь. Есть охраняемая автомобильная. Отличное месторасположение отеля.

Удобное расположение, и красивый вид из огромного панорамного окна. Номер в классическом стиле, с функциональной мебелью, жёсткий матрац и мягкое изголовье кровати, комфортный устойчивый письменный стол, без острых углов. Просторный санузел. Мягкие халаты и тапочки. Внимательный и тактичный персонал. Вкусный завтрак и кофе с подачей в номер. Шикарная чистая территория. Цветы и хвойные. К сожалению, не успели оценить SPA, спортзал, караоке и боулинг :)
