The "ROYAL PALACE LUXURY HOTEL and SPA" hotel is located in the center of Khmelnytskyi. It offers comfortable rooms in a classic style. Наразі хочу залишити відгук лише про ресторан . Завжди все було чудово ,проте дещо змінилось . На жаль 2 останні візити були зіпсованими ставленням персоналу ресторану . Влітку офіціантка постійно пильнувала наш столик , дивилась так наче ми з подругами намагаємось поцупити собі сервізи . Також забрала келихи з недопитими напоями у нашу відстутність , а брудні тарілки забрати не вважала необхідним . Заклад зачиняється о 22 тому вона вирішила спровадити нас за годину до цього з максимально хамським тоном і таким ж виразом обличчя . За декілька днів до нашого візиту забронювали столика для нового візиту, нашу бронь зняли без попереджень і надали « віп кімнату» схожу на підсобне приміщення . Так як виклик офіціанта неможливий з тієї підсобки , то нам доводилось шукати по всьому ресторану хоч когось . Попросили подати десерти , їх не подали бо вона чомусь вирішила , що їх потрібно спакувати з собою . Заходячи до нас вона жодного разу не постукала , вела себе наче німа . Обслуговування зіпсувало хороше враження про даний ресторан та дві важливі події з життя які було вирішено відсвяткувати тут …

Бронювання номеру зі сніданком, готель дуже атмосферний, обслуговування вищої якості, номери чисті та комфортні. Рівень якості і обслуговування хотілося щоб брали приклад з цього закладу!!! Особлива подяка кухні їжа надзвичайно смачна!!! А сніданок приготування та подача гарна. Обслуговування швидко і без зайвих питань.

Відмінний готель. Завжди зупиняємось у ньому, коли у Хмельницькому. Всім рекомендую. Номери шикарні - дорого, багато. Дуже комфортні, все продумано до дрібниць. Сніданки смачні. Персонал абсолютно весь ввічливий, уважний.
