Готель гарний, поблизу залізничного вокзалу. В номерах чисто, у ванній кімнаті треба почистити вентиляцію.

Хорошее месторасположение,10 минут от центра
Очень тонкие стены,слышно даже шепот соседей Не указан дополнительный сбор при оплате в размере 100 грн и стоимость платной парковки 150-200 в сутки😡 Была проблема с интернетом WiFi,информация о логине и пароле только на рецепшене,а не в каждом номере как в других отелях.Сходил раз,WiFi не берет,спросил есть ли еще другой,девушка достала листик,где прописью написано все и еще не понятно-это не уровень отеля за такую цену 1600+100+200=1900 грн за 3х местный номер

Коли зайшла в номер, одразу звернула увагу на те, що є запах тютюну, дуже сильний і вже "хронічний", хоча курити в номері заборонено. Ремонт не першої свіжості, але просторо, чисто, акуратно й охайно. Погана звукоізоляція, через стіну чітко чути плач дитини і дослівно – розмови дорослих. Попалося страшенно розхитане ліжко: коли лягаєш чи перевертається, дуже сильно скрипить. Неочікувано було побачити ванну замість душової кабіни і наявність фену. Чайник довелося спускати додолу і гріти там, бо шнур не діставав до розетки. Усе інше – без зауваг, на рівні інших готелів такого рівня. Ефекту "вау" не справило. Якщо локація не критична, краще знайти інший готель.

номери були гарні, чай, кава була. приємна дівчина на рецепшені яка допомогла нам розібратися. так само, хочу виділити місце розташування, метро знаходиться досить близько, поряд є магазинчики та ресторани

Старий, затяганий ковер на підлозі з неприємним запахом! Він псує картину всієї кімнати! Тонкий матрац на кроваті, через який дуже відчувається «пружина» ліжку.
