Доброго дня!Гарний ресторан,гарний готель,а от адміністратор сегоднящний не дуже,вимогае документи про дитину 4 років ,але прі цему не почула показово ні про оплату готівкою,ні про картку знижок!!!Адміниімтрація такого сербезного комлекса(якій с таким адміністратором довго не протримається )довжна не думати що вона хитріше всіх!!!Якщо адміністратор вимоглива до клієнтів,вона до себе мае бути також вимогливім, а не нахабно хитрою!!!Тім більше до постійних клієнтів!

Зупинялися в готелі, мали робочу зустріч в ресторані. Дуже сподобалася їжа та обслуговування. Рекомендую.

Відвідали готель по програмі спа тур, дуже задоволені! Охайні та чисті номери, привітний персонал. У SPA все необхідне: хамам, фінська, інфрачервоні сауни, холодний та теплі басейни, соляна кімната, масажі - все сподобалось, максимально відпочили та перезавантажились. Класне місцеположення готелю посеред парку, є де прогулятися. У ресторані смачно та симпатичні «інстраграмні» подачі страв. Але, як на мене, ціни завищені. Із мінусів у готелі: не прибирають в номерах. За 4 доби відпочинку у нас прибрали лише 1 раз, після того, як ми самостійно попросили. Адміністратор пояснила це тим, що всі дні ми були в номері під час прибирання. Це дуже дивно, адже у номері ми майже не знаходились, приходили лише переодягтися після спа та повертались ввечері. Але загалом, враження позитивні, із задоволенням повернемося ❤️

Хороший отель, отличный ресторан, номера в отеле всегда чистые и комфортные, хочу отметить интерьер, всё сделано в охотничьем стиле, вкусная кухня, шустрый и вежливый персонал, обязательно буду посещать ещё.

когда был первый раз, были проблемы с подачей воды, во второй раз всё было отлично

Хороший как для своих звезд отель, нареканий на чистоту нет, прекрасная кухня в ресторане, вежливый персонал, остались хорошие впечатления об этом месте, будем посещать ещё!

Расположение отеля

Ужасная шумоизоляция, 3 дня засыпали под "соседское порно", соседи усердно старались и стонали так, что телевизор не мог их перекричать

Чудесное расположение, чистый воздух, красивый вид из окна

И не только с 4 по 5 января , а и с 11 по 12 января 2013 г. Мы с Вами знакомы с тех пор, когда были в лесу только бар и пеньки на воздухе .Отель строился на моих глазах. Это мой второй дом и плохо в нем не бывает. Худо бывает тогда, когда я в силу обстоятельств не могу зайти даже на чашечку кофе . Успехов Вам и процветания !
