Внимательно отнеслись к тому, что будет семья с ребенком. Хоть отель и был заполнен, никто никому не мешал. Тихо и уютно. В номере есть платный мини бар и бесплатно бутылка воды, чай, кофе. Персонал отзывчивый, стараются помочь с любым вопросом - будь то вызов такси или дополнительное полотенце. Еще из плюсов - отель находится практически в самом сердце Львова. Пять минут - и вы на площади Рынок. Рекомендую!
Минусов не обнаружили.

Персонал отзывчивый и вежливый, заехали утром и без проблем оставили свои вещи в отеле до заселения, причём бесплатно.В номере чисто, уютно, кондиционер,телевизор, минибар (за дополнительную плату),сейф, электрочайник,полотенца,халаты,тапочки,шампунь и мыло, WiFi бесплатно.Номер двухместный стандарт 1500грн. за сутки.
Заселение с 14:00 поздновато, удобнее было-бы с 12:00
