Хочу подякувати адміністрації Grand Hotel. Після того як ми зʼїхали з готелю ,виявилось що ми забули деякі речі в номері.Дівчата зателефонували і запропонували нам щоб ми не повертались за речами вони ʼʼНовою поштоюʼʼперешлють нам за адресою.Дякуємо.Обовязково рекомендуємо цей готель,за прекрасне обслуговування,чисті зручні номери, та смачну кухню.

Гарний готель. Привітний та ввічливий персонал. Затишно, тихо та чистенько, у номері є все необхідне. Біла постільна білизна та рушники. У номері нема сторонніх запахів. У холі, на поверсі є мікрохвильова піч, прасувальна дошка та праска. У номері є міні холодильник та електрочайник. Обслуговування супер, кухня класична, але дуже смачна та легка. Обід, вечеря та сніданок можуть принести в номер.

Готель чудовий, чисті та охайні номери, але як для мене трішки шумоізоляція в номерах погана,персонал привітний. При готелі є ресторан, кухня чудова.

Заселилась по рекомендаціях своїх друзів і не жалкую, усе сподобалось персонал привітний, номер охайний та чистий, що не обхідне в номері є, зручно, що є поряд ресторан в якому смачна кухня та зручно, що можна замовити їжу в номер . Рекомендую
