В цьому готелі третій раз. В цей раз вже приїхали на пару днів, зупинитися перед подальшою подорожжю. Обрали це місце зараз через басейн. Найкраще у цьому готелі - це басейн. Також гарні номери і доглянута, красива територія. Програє готель через сервіс і кухню. В періоди міжсезоння. В сезон працює європейський ресторан і шведська лінія на сниданки. В періоди нізького сезону колиба. Один раз я була у високий сезон і кухня було не відмінною, але достатньо хорошою. В низький сезон на жаль дуже обмежені сніданки, і за рік ще погіршилися, в міжсезоння я була 2 рази з інтервалом в рік приблизно. Якщо бути, наприклад, тиждень або більше, то краще не брати сніданки взагалі. Очікування блюд 40 хв., при цьому може бути вже холодне принесене. Подача в різнобій, одному приносять, інші ще 20 хв. сидять без їжі. Щодо сервісу, то є питання, також. В номері люкс, є чайник, але набору чайного немає, навіть як компліменту, на один раз. Це дрібниці,иякі створюють настрій що про тебе піклуються. Чи на рецепції дівчина з наїздом вимагала прибрати машину на парковку, на зауваження, що машина вже на парковці і не заїжджала на територію головного корпусу, продовжувала стверджувати зворотне, поки я не попрахала заглянути у лист реєстрації. Звісно, в ситуації, коли ти тільки з дороги, втомлений, така зустріч - не надихає. Тобто, готель може бути кращим, якщо попрацює з персоналом, кухнею.

Відпочивали в кінці жовтня в цьому готелі, дуже сподобався, рекомендуємо! Територія доглянута та неймовірна красива! Кухня сууупер смачна! Персонал - дуже привітний! Номери чисті, гарної якості. Сам готель має різноманіття розваг та занять: від бассейну, сольової кімнати до чану на вулиці. Поряд багато відомих замків, які можна відвідати за бажанням. Чудовий варіант як для спокійного сімейного відпочинку, так і для корпоративного івенту.

Дуже чарівне розташування з мальовничими краєвидами! 😍😍 Привітний і дбайливий персонал. Смачна їжа, особливо сніданки та зокрема млинці)) В номерах все чисто та охайно. Дуже класний та теплий критий басейн, також дуже сподобався чан!!

Розташування прекрасне! Гори, річечка, глухомань (в хорошому сенсі:) Територія зелена, досить доглянута. З басейну не хочеться виходити. Альтанка з мангалом, шашличок вийшов суперовий. Дрова нам напалили, як треба. За чан з лавандою окремий респект! Їжа в ресторані смачна, сніданки різні, на вибір. Діти наминали із задоволенням! Ложка дьогтю - це сервіс в номерах. За 7 днів білизну не змінили, зрозуміло, що після басейну тричі в день ми були не сильно брудні, але все таки... замість рушників для рук ( лицеві) нам викладали для ніг!!! Отакої! Однакові- під ногами біля душу і такі ж самі грубі на поличці! Виручали банні і взяті з собою домашні. Незручне пакування гелів для душу та шампуні, накидані розсипом на невеличку поличку біля рукомийника. Склянка для зубних щіток відсутня. Відро для сміття погнуте, незрозуміло чому. Що ним робили? Мені особисто всі недоліки компенсувала вранішня кава з видом на гори і налаштування на релакс.

+ Одна зірочка за місцеположення,чому 3 а не 5-за«тваринки до яких можна прогулятись з дітками»,з тваринок це брудні і з запахом вівці(яких тримають щоб на свято«засмажити»🤦‍♀️і кури у болоті,там окремий вид)Поїхали відпочивати зі сімʼєю на 4 дні,на наступний ж день виселились так як нема ніяких умов для чистого та приємного відпочинку,поселили нас в Мотель(за ціною готелю який ми бронювали,3500 за добу,в номері брудно жмут волосся на підлозі,напевно нас чекав щоб прибрали,немає ні холодильника ні кондиціонера,душно,сніданок по меню і кухня загалом-ніякі

Дуже сподіваюсь відпочивати в цьому готелі , розположення в лісі подалі від цивілізації це саме те що потрібно в наший завжди переповнений і зайнятий час .

Belle royale-це любов❤️ Обираємо це місце вже не один рік для відпочинку, як з друзями, так і з сімʼєю! Дуже затишні номери, неймовірна смачна їжа на сніданках та в ресторанах при готелі, поважний та чемний персонал, та гарна природа навколо! Кузня в еко-рестоаціі це окрема любов, а також чани, сауни та басейн!

Готель сподобався😌 Особливо вразила краса місцевості. Повітря реально насичено ароматом лісу та хвої, навколо гори, чудовий пейзаж гірської річки, шум води, мостики. Озеленення території шикардос, декоративні рослини, альтанки, лавочки, фонтанчики, ходила і розчинялась душею у цій гармонії. Окрема подяка садівникам які тут попрацювали💕 Кімната була чиста акуратна, ванна, все зі смаком, вимите, чистеньке, багато коштів вкладено в красу та оздоблення. Їжа смачна, порції великі, ми ледве справлялись. Велика тераса зі столиками, дуже романтично. Музика легка, спокійна, зі смаком підібрана, не б‘є у вуха. Масаж сподобався, чан також на контрасті з льодяною водою гірської річки, відразу відчула прилив сил та енергії! Басейн. Такого вели-и-кого басейну критого я ще не бачила! Вода 30-31 градус!!! Я не мерзла! Хлоркою взагалі не було чути. Плавай хоч цілий день. Плиточка, дизайн, все зі смаком, краса неймовірна. Для кожної людини є важливі складові відпочинку. На щастя свої складові я тут знайшла, за що щиро дякую всім людям, які створили цей чудовий комплекс. Успіхів вам і процвітання!🥰

Територия отеля уютно и красиво

1. Проблемы с оплатой картой 2. Пустой минибар 3. Румсервис плтный только наличкой 4. За обмен валюты берут 5% от суммы!!!!! 5. Персонал в основном ресторане просто ненаучен общению как для отеля 4 звезды. Не любят своих гостей!

Дуже гарний і комфортний готель, суперовий басейн, 4 види бань, куча лікувальних процедур, персонал 10+, неймовірна природа. Рекомендуєм всім.

Далеко від Мукачево 40 хв автобусом, 30 хв таксі. Автобус ходить рідко.
