Повне розчарування та повна байдужість до вирішення проблем відвідувачів. Обрали сходити в сауну в Карпатській вежі. 1) Через 20 хвилин після перебування у всіх із компанії з 8 осіб почалася сильна алергія від надлишку хлорки та хімії, внаслідок чого всю ніч ніхто не міг заснути через опік слизової оболонки 2) адміністрація повністю відкидає докази та пропонує вирішити проблему наступного дня , тому що «вже пізно», а після навіть не горить бажанням вислуховувати людей 3) повна байдужість адміністратора, яка парирує фразами «але я ж не бачила вас, можливо ви щось приймали», «чому ви не відчинили вікна в сауні !!!» та інше 4) відмовитися віддавати гроші за час, що ми не досиділи в сауні. Крім цього, хамські охоронці, які відкривають номери своїм ключем і вриваються посеред ночі без стуку. Все сказане вище це дуже мала частина, але я повністю не рекомендую дане місце. Повністю зіпсована відпустка

я просто шокований обслуговуванням. на ресепшені, дівчина грубить, але це ще гаразд! Але коли о 2-й годині ночі, поки ми сиділи з друзями і грали в карти, влетів охоронець (відчинивши двері своїм ключем) бо хотів спати. без стукоту! без попиту! я в шоці. так само ми захотіли відвідати лазню. все було спочатку нормально, але коли через годину всі почали кашляти, задихатися і почали пекти очі так, що відкрити неможливо! у всій компанії. коли ми вийшли попросити допомоги, був тільки вартовий котрий просто сказав відкрити вікно. та кількість хімії перепалила нам усі слизові. вранці, коли ми підійшли на ресепшен, нам нахамили. сказавши що мене там не було, я не бачила звідки я знаю, що ви вживали, просто хамство! гроші повертати відмовилися. нікому не раджу, якщо хочете дістатися додому здоровими

Чудове місце, з чудовим персоналом! Дякую персоналу. Усі питання вирішувались швидко. У номерах постійно прибирали. І окрема подяка кухні за чудо вареники з білими грибами, та взагалі за усі страви. Порції великі, харчування збалансоване і чудова подача. Перед приїздом читала коментарі і їхала з острахом. Нічого з тієї критики не підтвердилось.

Дуже сподобалось розташування отелю. Такого гарного вигляду з вікна немає ніде. Дитяча кімната- супер! Чудова територія. Приємний персонал. В номері тепло. З чернівців ходить маршрутка прчмо до курорту Мигово. Плануєм приїхати ще.

Мошки в кімнаті не зрозуміло з відки. Ми не змогли повечеряти. Не врахували міжсезоння. Про бажання повечеряти потрібно було попередити заздалегідь. Гостей було в отелі мало. Тому ресторан не запущений повною мірою.

Все було добре.Хороший сніданок, гарний краєвид з вікон, тепло регулюється і т.д.

В номері було кілька мух, сухих і діючих, що було дивно взимку. Мабуть вони восени ховаються в шпаринах, а взимку, як вмикається опалення прилітають в гості.

Под утро стало очень холодно. Можна в номер добавить пледы цены немножко "кусаются"
