The homestead consists of two wooden cottages. Two-storey cottage for 4-6 people: on the ground floor there is a kitchen-dining room, a bathroom; on the second floor there are two bedrooms. Two-storey house for 6 people: on the 1st floor there is an equipped kitchen, a room, a bathroom; on the 2nd floor - two rooms, a bathroom. Rooms are cleaned, towels are changed on request, bed linen is changed every 5 days. Heating - autonomous water. Excursions, hiking in the mountains (mountain Hoverla and Khomyak), picking up mushrooms and berries, horseback riding, and sleigh rides in winter are organized for vacationers. In the estate "Teremok" it is possible to rent ski equipment, bicycles, balls. Distance to ski lifts: in Yaremche - 8 km, Vorokhta - 15 km, Bukovel - 20 km.
