One of the best hotel in the region, I'm definitely coming back soon as the war is over very great breakfast and great hospitality.

Чисто готель ,коли всіх клієнтів пофіг ! Не разу не убрали за неділю проживання не поміняли не полотенце і т.д ! Чув чисто ,під поляків стеляться

Единственный плюс, это месторасположение отеля, в центре красивого и уютного городка. Минусы: WI-FI еле работает, Ethernet розетки в номерах для вида. Освещение в номерах очень тусклое. За пять дней проживания уборка в номерах не проводилась. Полотенца застираные до дыр, в прямом смысле.

Привітний персонал. Сніданки включені, хоча й дуже скромні, шведський стіл без особливого вибору. Номер чистий, зручний, стіл, шафа присутні.

314. Люкс. 2 роки назад знімали цей же номер. Було супер. Тепер Ліжко - трагедія, напіврозвалене, скрипить навіть коли просто пробуєш перевернутись на інший бік. На матрасі не можливо спати, бо пружини вбиваються в ребра і на ранок просинаєшся як побитий. Необхідно замінити. Холоднеча в номері, батареї ледво теплі, є два кондиціонери з яких один не працює, але навіть з тим одним кондиціонером включеним на 25-30 градусів Було прохолодно. Води була тільки 1 пляшка. Нижче є відгук з дірявим рушником - тепер він дістався нам😂 казали, що прибирають кожні 2 дні, коли ми повернулися туди на третій день ввечері - прибрано не було. Але цю ситуацію відразу виправила Пані яка заступила на свою зміну, і пообіцяла, що буде прибрано на наступний день та дала все необхідне:папір, рушники замінила. Сніданок нормальний, якби не сухий хліб який не замінюють на свіжий по пару днів, поки не з’їсться. Свої плюси свої мінуси. Нажаль цього разу мінусів було більше🥲
