Все замечательно. Комфортно, чисто, уютный номер, тепло и тихо, несмотря на то, что отель расположен на одной из центральных улиц. Профессиональный душевный и отзывчивый персонал. Менеджер очень помог с информацией касаемо рационального перемещения по городу. Настоятельно рекомендую.

Отсутствие электрочайника в номере. Но на помощь пришла кофемашина расположенная в холле.

Всем рекомендуем воспользоваться услугами этого отеля. Расположение - центр города, все рядом. Комнаты чистые уютные, персонал встречает гостей очень приветливо, доброжелательно, заявленные услуги гарантировано выполняются. Цена нас приятно удивила. В следующий визит в Одессу обязательно остановимся в этом отеле.

Удобное расположение, до театра оперы и балета 10-ть минут пешком по красивым улицам ))) Высокие потолки и уютный тихий дворик за окном ))) Постоянное наличие горячий воды ))) Возможность попить чаю и разогреть еду )))

Понравилось обсолютно все...номер полностью соответствовал тому что на фотографии...очень были удевлены кофе машиной в холе и с бесплатным кофе...не в одном отеле еще натуральный кофе бесплатно не видели...
