+ заселение в позднее время

во первых цена не соответствует сервису,2500 за ЭТО не о чем,красная цена 700 грн. Во вторых заселение происходило по телефону,никто нас не провел,ощущение будто проходили квест начиная с входа. Когда зашли в номер честно захотелось всплакнуть,одноразовых тапочек не было,2 маленьких полотенца с «бабушкиным кроем» которые мало того имели специфичный запах будто их не стирают,так ещё и 2 полотенца для двоих человек (минимум должно быть для головы и тела а в идеале ещё и для лица) душевая кабина с запахом плесени и сырости,грязная. Полы грязные,в белых носках прошлась по номеру носки стали черными,постельное белье видно старое,потрепаное и с безвкусными узорчиками,одноразовых средств гигиены таких как шампуня и геля для душа конечно же не было,была четверть бутылки жидкого мыла,дорогие владельцы думаю за 2500 сутки можно было бы и преобрести для гостей такие простые вещи и создать минимальный комфорт

Сподобалося абсолютно все! Найчистіший готель, дуже смачний сніданок, величезна різноманітність страв, рідко зараз побачиш таке. Також самі номери чисті та просторі, запах у готелі приємний. Цей готель Рішельєвський,і це було дуже приємно:)

Отличное месторасположение. Приветливый и адекватный администратор

Фото сделаны сразу после ремонта и не соответствуют действительности. Все стены в пятнах непонятного происхождения, плохая шумоизоляция, поломанная дверка в душе

Великий просторий номер. Є міні кухня із усім потрібним посудом. В кімнаті чудовий дизайн. Коли ми потрапили в цей номер ми не могли повірити що вартість 500 грн. Привітний персонал. Бували у сотнях готелях но такий зустрічається вперше.

Очень приветливая администрация. Помогли с размещением, так как нас было 5, а номер на 4, нам разрешили заселиться 5. Все очень чистенько и аккуратно.

Не понравилось отсутствие фена и так как улица в центре, то было шумно даже с закрытым окном. В остальном все идеально.

Отдыхала со своим мужем две сутки в этом отеле..Находится в пяти минутах от жд вокзала и в 7-8 минутах от привоза...Очень удобно если надо куда-то выйти..Всё очень понравилось..Номер был чистый и большой..Можно его назвать однокомнатной квартирой..Этот номер даже рассчитан на четырех человек..В нем есть спальня с большой кроватью и во второй комнате диван который можно разложить на двух человек...В нем много света и очень теплый..Оснащен кондиционером(работает)...В номере есть все удобства..Кухня туалет душевая кабина холодильник..На кухне можно приготовить себе либо завтрак либо ужин,так как это было у нас..Есть возле рецепции небольшая ванная комната где можно без всяких проблем постирать вещи и высушить их в номере на сушке для белья..Отель находится на главной улице города по которой можно попасть на Деребасовскую Оперный театр и Морской вокзал..И даже можно пешком пройтись на набережную к дельфинарию откуда открывается красивый вид на море...Так что приезжайте,останавливайтесь в этом отеле и отдыхайте с большим удовольствием в красивом городе Одесса..Да и ещё огромное спасибо Ирине,которая сидит на рецепции..Очень приятная и приветливая женщина..Она нам помогла во всем вопросах..Спасибо..

Минусов в этом отеле мы не нашли..За такую цену и комфорт мы еще нигде не отдыхали так хорошо как в этом отеле..Чувствуешь себя как дома...

отличное расположение. всё необходимое для проживания. просторный и светлый номер. рекомендую.

№21, кровать требует ремонта. Полка в ванной не закреплена, всё падало. Очень тусклый свет в кухонной зоне. Небольшие недочёты по сравнению с другими отелями, включая европейские.

Мебель, ремонт, кухонные принадлежности- всё новое!!!! А главное просторно и светло!
