Guest house "Viktoria" is located in Odesa, 2 km from Luzanivka beach. Rooms are available to guests in the private sector of the resort area, in a new, separate building. On the 1st floor, there are 3 double rooms and one single room. On the first floor there are two bathrooms, two showers, a laundry room with sinks, a kitchen (kettle, microwave, stove, refrigerator, kitchen utensils) with access to the summer area, barbecue. On the 2nd floor there are 2 double rooms and 2 single rooms. Чудове місце, так само і сервіс. Є з чим порівняти: в 2022 р була в подібному закладі у Варшаві. Але він, навіть, "не взлітає" порівняно з цим гостьовим домом. Продумано все до дрібниць як в інтер'єрі так і екстер'єрі. Кухня обладнана всім яким тільки можна уявити посудом, холодильники чисті. Є пральна машина у вільному доступі. Чисті туалети і душові. Постіль виклає бажання на ній спати, ковдри нові ( принаймні мають такий вигляд), подушки не "млинець під головою). Передбачено дитячий куточок з іграшками для малечі. І при всьому ціна за добу більше ніж адекатна. Все це неможливо було б без докладання зусиль господарів. Це просто чудові люди з відкритою душею та добрим серцем. Дякую пані Тетяні та пану Сергію за комфортне перебування. Спитаєте за мінуси? Ну комусь може дуже спектно. Але я впевнена, що з закінченням війни дом буде кондиційовано, і такі да :), процес цей вже почався. Буду 100: радити цей заклад всім своїм знайомим. Господарям бажаю процвтання і Божої благодаті.

Отличное место для отдыха!!! С одной стороны море, с другой санаторий «Куяльник», всё очень душевно и уютно. Очень красивый интерьер и ландшафт, все продумано до мелочей. Чистота и порядок, все удобства и бытовая техника!!! Мангал и беседка! Хозяева очень душевные милые люди))) отдохнули с удовольствием! А какой здесь воздух!!! Будем приезжать еще и еще!!! Спасибо за прекрасный отдых!!! Пару фоток на память этой красоты)

Отличный мини отель!!! Номер брали на неделю,номер чистый,все аккуратно и пахло свежестью! Во дворе воспользовались мангалом. К морю не далеко. Администрации отдельно спасибо!

В восторге от пребывания! Размещение прекрасное.Территория очень ухоженная, видно что заботятся о каждом месте. Гостеприимство на высшем уровне! Мангал, природа, посиделки в кругу семьи просто супер атмосфера. В общем, все очень понравилось!

Самый лучший гостевой дом в Одессе! Гостеприимные, заботливые хозяева. Всё очень чисто, уютно, по-домашнему. Во всём чувствуется тепло и забота! А во дворике самый настоящий райский уголок- море зелени, цветов.Вообщем рекомендуем- не пожалеете!
