Окрема величезна подяка адміністратору Йосипу це неймовірна людина,чарівний голос, яка створює настрій. Уважний, доброзичливий, щирий, завжди готовий допомогти та зробити все можливе, щоб гостям було комфортно. Таке ставлення дійсно дуже цінується! Ціна, місцезнаходження.

1.Звукоізоляція відсутня взагалі ( гіпсакартонні стіни між кімнатами, чути як сусід дихає так ніби він лежить поряд на ліжку) 2. Подушки тонкі як туалетний папір 3. Туалет. Приберається дуже рідко. Відро з використаним туалетним папером постійно переповнене. На унітазі пил розміром з палець. 4. Раковина забита, вода ледь уходить. 5. Немає де розвісити на сонці одяг,є тільки сушки в кімнаті відпочинку,але там одяг сохне 2-є суток 6. Холодильник смердить та не холодить толком, а морозилка морозить так як холодильник. 7. Ліжко скрипить

Заселили раніше на наше прохання, кімната на 3 людей непогана, внизу було двоспальне ліжко, зверху односпальне. Адміністратор ввічливий та приємний, допоміг з валізама.

На кухні таргани, брудно, в туалеті не працює світло, душова не для слабонервних. Будьте готові, що по коридору ходять чоловіки прикрившись рушником лише. 3 поверх з крутими сходами, ліфта не має, з великими чемоданами не дуже зручно.

Чудовий привітний персонал, дуже гарне відношення до клієнтів. Всі додаткові запити вирішувались буквально одразу. Прекрасне розташування – в серці центра Одеси, відразу біля Міського саду та Дерибасівської. При цьому в самих кімнатах взагалі не було шумно.

Адміністратор-дуже приємний,ввічливий та уважний.Кімната чиста,душ чистий,тихо,немає зайвого шуму,все ок.Локація-топ

Ночували у 4х місному-чисто, постіль застелена,зустріли та поселили вночі, бо поїзд запізнився, персонал дуже привітний, тихо

Для нас з мінусів-це розташування на 4му поверсі,бо були з валізами і маленькими дітьми

Сигнал WiFi не достає до останніх номерів на 3 поверсі; в туалеті на 3 поверсі іноді не було туалетного паперу; білизна чиста, але з якімось плямами; в кухні не було ножа і тільки 2 стільці

Дуже ввічливі адміністратори, заселили вночі , в номері не достатньо було розеток , дали подовжувач .

Чистота не на найвищому рівні, але зважаючи на таку низьку ціну , то чого можна було очікувати. Довелося тягнути валізи на 4 поверх
