Отель Maristella Marine Residence 5 далеко не 5 звезд . Единственный плюс отеля месторасположение. Завтраки скудные. Стоимость проживания высокая .

Не можу не залишити відгук про даний заклад,адже саме місце,персонал та керівництво зробило мій День народження-незабутнім. Дякую за таку теплу,щиру та гарну атмосферу, подарунок від готелю,що було дуже не очікувано, але водночас, дуже приємно та затишок, який ви мені подарували.Справжнє, перевершило очікування, а посмішка та турбота персоналу-це найкраще,за що хочеться поставити оцінку вище 5, адже це цілком виправдано. Хочеться повергутися ще раз та насолодитися, за що і дякую. Рекомендую однозначно цей заклад, тут ви отримаєте все і навіть більше.

Були в цьому готелі 4 дні і три ночі у самий розпал сезону літа 2025. Одразу окреслю, що ми багато подорожуємо і є чим порівняти 1. Локація гарна, є свій вихід в море, що дуже зручно 2. Коли о 9 ранку суботи приходиш на «пляж» там майже нема вільних місць. Впродовж дня виявилось, що ці місця зайняті персоналом. Приходять люди на денне перебування і магією шезлонги з зайнятих стають вільні. Щоб знайти місце в тіні ми дали цьому beach boy гроші, що дічь нереальна 3. Ресторан також не справляється з навантаженням - це якісь «голодні ігри» де треба полювати на вільний стіл не під сонцем, потім полювати на чисті тарілки. Їжа кожен день та сама, різномаіття немає 4. Ну і вишенька на торті - весь персонал окрім рецепції - російськомовний, що окрім здорового глузду порушує українське законодавство 5 є ще купа дрібниць, наприклад у ванній 5 зіркового готелю нема крючків для рушників, система кондиціонування, яка живе своїм життям, але то дрібниці

Отдыхали в апартаментах Maristella. По поводу апартаментов могу сказать, все было чисто и замечаний нет, очень удобная кровать (для нас это очень важно). Есть только два минуса 1. Все таки очень дорогая парковка 500 грн. В сутки. Я таких цен конечно ещё ни где не видела 2. Очень дорогие завтраки в ресторане «Маца и Рыба». Если вы живете именно в отеле, то завтраки входят в стоимость, если вы в апартаментах, то можете сами себе в ресторане оплатить завтрак шведскую линию за 1000 грн. С человека. Это уже перебор. В подаче блюд и выбора не было ничего особенного, даже красной рыбы не было, только бокал Проссеко бесплатно, хочешь кофе из профессиональной кофе машины, тоже нужно заплатить. Неоправданно дорого. Но это на данный момент пока такие условия именно для апартаментов. Сняла две звездочки за 2 минуса

Отель шикарен! Обратите внимание на питание (однообразное), за семь дней блюда не изменились ни разу. Второй момент это ресторан, качество еды желает быть лучше за такие цены, и во круг все гораздо дешевле.

В цьому готелі все чудово , окрім того , що персоналу готелю байдуже на сон гостей . Всю ніч і до самого ранку коридорами готелю і під вікнами з боку моря , на закритій території готелю, пʼяні підліткі-«випускники» святкують , гучно сміються , ні на секунду не замовкають . І навіть при закритих вікнах все чутно, спати просто неможливо !

Дуже гарне місце, вид на море. Смачні сніданки , особливо в вихідні з живою музикою. Привітний персонал, завжди відкриті в нашому випадку були до вирішення різних непередбачуваних ситуацій. Ми повернемось обов’язково!

Гарний готель у моря. Великий номер з терасою , 2 басейни з морською водою. Кухня на 4+ Деякі шезлонги вже потребують заміни. У минулому році були свої виходи у море, зараз на реконструкції, але є вихід на пісчаний міський пляж. Привітливий чутний персонал на всіх локаціях. Ціни не дешеві, як в Одесі)
