At guests' disposal are spacious and bright rooms in a classic style, combining elegance and comfort. Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning and a bathroom with toiletries. A distinctive feature of "Boutique Hotel Portofino" is floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows with a view of the sea or the inner courtyard in each room. В грудні дуже холодно в номері. Ціна за одну ніч була більше 4000грн, при цьому в номері спочатку було +15, а при працюючому кондиціонері та додатковому обігрівачі, зранку всього +17.

Вас заберёт трансфер с любой точки Аркадии и доставит прямо ко входу. Встречает приветливый персонал и даст консультацию по номерам и покажет сами номера. Останавливался в люксе с видом на море. Очень шикарный вид из окна, в номере был кондиционер и ванная, двухместная кровать правда сделана из двух одноместных кроватей, но дискомфорта не было замечено. Очень красивый и уютный бассейн, остались только приятные впечатления. Думаю, ещё вернусь с новой компанией и получу новые эмоции.

Був саме на пляжі, 3 дні. Все сподобалось, офіціанти підходять запитують як відпочивається і пропонують коктелі. На прохання принести зонт до шизлогів відреагували майже миттєво. В басейні не купались, адже було тепле море але з вигляду басейн чистий і людей там не сильно багато.

Можно не обратить внимание на поломанный душ в люксе, можно оправдать пребывание на пляже черезмерного количество народа, непроживающего в отеле, но игнор и хамское отношение официантов в ресторане возмутительно. Самое интересное, что о нерадивых официантах пишут в большинстве отзывов, но администрацию все устраивает.
