It's a very beautiful historic building that forms a part of a UNESCO world heritage site. Unfortunately, in early 2025 it was hit by a Russian missile and so it's remained under repair since and is temporarily closed.

31.01.2025 готель зруйнували росіяни, прямим попаданням ракети💔💔💔. Вони навмисно зруйнували історичну будівлю. Це не призведе до того що ми здамося, ниці сусіди, закарбуйте собі!!!

Чудовий 5-зірковий готель! Зручне розташування. Рекомендую) Просторий номер (в нашому випадку двомісний). Ліжка комфортні, подушки зручні. Трохи чутно сусідів, але це спостерігається в багатьох готелях. Прибирання проводиться бездоганно, все було чисто. У ванній кімнаті є халат, капці, рушники, повний набір косметичних засобів. У вартість входить сніданок - шведська лінія. Також спа. Дуже приємний персонал, готові допомогти, щоб перебування було комфортним. Дякую, залишились лише приємні враження)

Зупинялись з колегами на кілька днів. Чудове враження про готель, який поєднує класичну вишуканість і модерну зручність. Ввічливий персонал, який іде на зустріч. Конференц-сервіс на високому рівні, а самчні тістечка під час кави-брейк оцінили всі учасники й учасниці! Приємним сюрпризом став смачний подарунок до дня народження, який співпав з відрядженням :) Рекомендую!

Номери гарні прибрані. Проте єдина хто говорить української мовою одразу це жінки на рецепції. Іде третій рік війни персонал російськомовний. Прибиральниці це люди які на тебе дивляться скоса коли говориш українською, так щей не переходять впринципі на українську мову. Готель не адаптований під україномовного клієнта повнюсті. Вивіски на російській мові, навіть якшо вони продубльовані російською необхідно забирати, а не залишати на видимих для людей місцях. Враження ніби ти іноземець десь в росії.

Готель дійсно високого рівня, що заслуговує на свої пʼять зірок. Неймовірної красоти історична будівля з вишуканим інтерʼєром викликає сучасне бажання фотографуватись у кожній локації. Сподобався клієнтоорінтований сервіс, це перший готель, який подбав про якісний відпочинок навіть для мого шпіца, нам принесли дві місочки та зручну лежанку. Номера з відтінком бароко, при всій естетиці старовини, немає запаху чи відчуття старого. Ідеально чисті ковроліни. Ненавʼязливе обслуговування, коли ідеально все, навіть не помічаєш, скільки людей в цьому задіяно. Хочу відмітити зручну та комфортну СПА зону. Плавала у теплому басейні щодня, у першу половину доби приємно було засмагати на терасі. Ще однією перевагою за сучасних умов є безперебійне єлекто живлення, кондиціонери працювали завжди! Даю максимальну оцінку та щиру пораду. Обовʼязково буду зупинятися у готелі ще.

Потрясающий отель! Жили с мужем в номере стандарт. Все на высшем уровне, не к чему придраться даже если б захотела. Завтраки выше всяких похвал, выбор не большой, но больше и не надо, всего было достаточно и очень вкусно. Персонал весь отличный и охрана, и на рецепции, и в ресторане, и в спа. Спа это вообще изюминка отеля.❤️ Спасибо большое за прекрасный отдых и сервис!

Неймовірне враження від проведеного часу в такому історичному місці. Усі меблі в ідеальному стані, дуже чисто! Я наче потрапила в часи героів серіалу «Бріджертони». Неперевершений інтерьер стандартного номеру дійсно вразив вишуканістю. Не було відчуття «занадто», яке іноді присутне при використанні вікторіанського стилю. Відчула себе принцесою, дякую ❤️

Вітаю, хочу залишити позитивний відгук команді готелю "Бристоль". Ми проводимо наші заходи в цьому готелі, коли буваєм в Одесі. Дуже раді співпраці з професіоналами. Чистота, смачна їжа - це само собою. Але, що не кругом буває - це затишна атмосфера, розуміючий і правильно реагуючий персонал. А саме ці критерії і являються запорукою гарного сервісу від працівників ресепшену до покоївок, офіціантів. Що ми і знаходим для себе в цьому готелі. Особливу подяку хочеться виразити Менеджеру Дар'ї, а також Валерії, які неодноразово дуже привітно допомагали нам обслуговувати учасників наших заходів. Рекомендую цей готель як для робочих івентів так і для приватного поселення, коли ви подорожуюте в чудове українське місто Одеса
