Расположение гостиницы в центре города, Уютные современные номера. Прекрасный дружелюбный персонал. Вкусная и свежая еда. Все современно и по- европейски с уважением к людям.
Ремонтные работы во дворе с жужжанием электроинструментов днем. Но это к гостинице не относиться и пройдет со временем.

Расположение, сервис хороший. Номера уютные.
Дворик в котором находится отель не очень... Его бы при украсить и будет супер.

Гостиница чистенькая(насекомых,плесени, волос на постели, ковролине,сантехнике нет), уютная , а самое главное в центре - все лучшее вокруг. Кто желает посетить театр , филармонию, музеи , приличные , но не дорогие, клубы и рестораны , от Екатерины можно за пять минут добраться пешком. Персонал -просто супер : мой муж на 14 февраля попросил украсить номер к нашему приходу, девчонки постарались на славу - цветы , свечи, шампанское, на постели сердце из лепестков роз - романтика, я была приятно удивлена, а заплатили за услугу сущую ерунду ( в чеке увидела).В гостинице есть круглосуточный ресторан довольно не плохой - готовят вкусно, порции большие, цены нормальные , сервис супер( в любое время суток засервируют стол, накормят с улыбкой). Вообще была приятно удивлена соотношением цены и качества (для Одессы идеально).
Утром, когда морской бриз смешивается с первыми лучами весеннего солнца и эта вся благодать врывается в твой уютный гостиничный номер через распахнутое окно, тебя, еще сонного и прибывающего в эйфории после вчерашнего балета, подрывает с теплой белой постели грозный и тревожный гул порта ( в порт заходят сухогрузы).

Расположение великолепное: центр города, рядом Потемкинская лестница, Морской вокзал - красота ))) Номер отличный (полулюкс), хорошая мебель, удобный матрас, чисто. Бесплатный Wi-Fi, круглосуточный ресторан, приветливый персонал. Понравилось все. С учетом заказа номера по акции - соотношение цена/качество - идеальное.
