Заранее забронировали номер, с выходом на балкон на улицу. По приезду дали номер с выходом во двор, объяснив что сбой в программе. После разбирательств, предложили ждать 7 вечера чтобы в него заехать. После торгов с управляющим дали компенсацию два без платных завтрака. Но начало отдыха и впечатление было испорчено.

Для мене це улюблений готель для коротких поїздок до Одеси. Дуже зручне розташування біля центру міста, пішки за 10 хвилин можна дістатися будь куди. Приємний сервіс та інтер'єр, але без зайвого. Є доступ до бомбосховища у приміщенні готелю.

Дуже гарний, стильний, тихий готель! Зручно все: місцерозташування, близькість до центральних вулиць, парковка, в номері всі зручності, є сніданки, ліфт щоб не тягнути валізи, навіть фен не «валєра». Також дуже милий персонал, який підкаже з приводу будь якого питання. Все сподобалося. А жабки на балконі то окрема любов)))

Заезжали в 6:30 в отель, взяли дополнительно 800 грн за ранний заезд. При условии, что отель пустой. Мы наверное, единственные кто в нём жил. Полотенца пора сменить, уже драные по бокам. Бар есть, но выпить в нём нечего.

Готель і персонал приємні та ввічливі. Але все приємне враження зіпсувала кухня. Вирішили повечеряти в ресторані і повне розчарування. М’ясо жорстке, подача страв жахлива.

Жили в готелі 3 ночі. Дуже приємний і ввічливий персонал . Навіть при заїзді о 23.30. Номери чисті, охайні. Весь готель -інстаграм зона. Красиві локації. Смачний і не дорогий ресторан - сміливо повечеряти можна з бокалом проссеко чи апероля. Віскі і ром теж норм. Однозначно рекомендую. Єдине економ номер - без вікна. Тому не рекомендую до бронювання лише цю категорію номерів. Стандартний номер- супер. Ми задоволені. Дякую.

Зупинялися наприкінці листопада. Номери чисті, затишні. В номері було досить тепло, а у ванній кімнаті прохолодно, не зовсім комфортно. Персонал досить привітний, за виключенням адміністратора, яка була на зміні під час поселення і зіпсувала перше враження. Але все інше - без дорікань. Сніданки смачні, атмосфера затишна. Рекомендую
