Нет выхода на подземную парковку непосредственно из здания гостиницы, мы поселялись во время ливня, и когда переходили из парковки в гостиницу, промокли до нитки. Вид из окон на море портит стройка под окнами, пыль и шум

Очень понравилось, уютно, чисто, комфортно.
Не понравилось обслуживание ресторана, особенно если делаешь заказ с номера, заказали завтрак в номер, принесли через час холодным, на следующий день заказали чай в номер, очень долго ждала. Проблема с парковкой.

Хорошее расположение. Близость к центру города и море совсем рядом.
Завтраки в отели дороговаты. Питались альтернативно в соседнем кафе.

Отличный отель за свои деньги, свежий ремонт в номерах, чисто. Расположен рядом с Аркадией, удобная транспортная развязка, если повезет можно поставить машину рядом с отелем, если все таки повезет, советую передвигаться на общественном транспорте, т.к повезти может кому то другому, а ставить машину в тех краях на обочине - не безопасно. (учитывая трафик летом)
Отсутствие балкона в номере. Рядом - стройка и все вытекающие отсюда последствия.
