Обслуговування супер починаючи з ресепшену , охорона , покоївки , офіціанти на сніданках (всі привітні , доброзичливі) . Зустрічав на ресепшені Гліб (окрема подяка ) пояснив все )) розповів історію готелю ))) номери просторі комфортні чисті ))) провела охорона до басейну ))) там також все на вищому рівні )) сніданки на любий смак - всі привітні )) Рекомендую як готель для відпочинку і задоволення

Я зупинялась тут нещодавно і залишилась під великим враженням. Готель чарівний, від інтер’єру до зручного розташування просто в серці міста. Особливо дякую адміну Карині — дуже уважна, чуйна і водночас професійна, це дуже відчувається. В весь мій відпочинок пройшов легко і комфортно. Дуже класний готель з історією міста, атмосферою, вітражами і видом на саме море . Також дуже радує те, що у гостей готелю включена можливість відвідування чудового великого спортивного комплексу , повноцінного басейну та СПА зони . Персонал дуже приємний , люди тут працюють класні.

Я з великою радістю хочу поділитися своїми враженнями про чудовий готель “Лондонська”. Це справжня перлина серед 4-зіркових готелів Одеси, де кожен момент перебування дарує незабутні враження. Місце розташування – ідеальне! З вікна відкривається приголомшливий краєвид на Приморський бульвар, і в той же час все, що потрібно для комфортного відпочинку, знаходиться буквально в кількох хвилинах пішки. У центрі подій, але в той же час спокійно та дуже затишно. Завтраки в готелі — це окремий привід для захоплення! Європейський стиль приготування страв, свіжі продукти та величезний вибір від класичних варіантів до делікатесів. Це справжнє задоволення для тих, хто цінує смачну і корисну їжу. Але, безумовно, найголовніше — це сервіс. Він точно на рівні 5 зірок! Персонал надзвичайно професійний, уважний і завжди готовий допомогти. Чудово розуміють стандарти обслуговування і відразу ж реагують на будь-які побажання гостей. Не можна не згадати і про СПА-центр — це ідеальне місце для релаксації! Тепла атмосфера, професійні процедури та високий рівень обслуговування створюють справжній оазис спокою. У загальному, цей готель виправдовує всі свої зірки і навіть більше! Рекомендую для всіх, хто хоче відчути комфорт і насолоджуватися відпочинком у найкращих умовах.

Гарний готель з розкішним інтер'єром, нагадує музей де на картинах(фото) зображені знаменитості які колись побували тут. Вишукана та смачна кухня, ми були на вихідні, під час сніданку в ресторан завітали персонажі з твору Пушкіна, що було приємною несподіванкою для дитини. Чудовий великий басейн з сауною! Зручне розташування - центр. Привітний персонал. Якщо ще раз будемо в Одесі обов'язково зупинимось тут.

Відпочивали в готелі 4 дні. Пишу цей лист з надією на зміни. В середині відбувається внутрішня боротьба. Номер 323, напівлюкс. Вартість за добу 130 євро. Інтер’єр чудовий, сніданок також. Вид з вікна супер. Пенсонал ресторану чуйний і ввічливий. Але!!! В ванній дуже неприємний запах, я б сказала сморід, адже гофра з раковини відірвалась від труби дуже давно, ніякої герметичності немає. Підлога була брудна у всьому номері. Прибирання не відбувається належним чином. Ліжко з’єднане з двох і надзвичайно незручне. Штори не закривають вікна на відсотків 50. Для сонячної сторони це абсурд. Адже готель такого рівня має надавати можливість зробити темряву в кімнаті. Підлога скрипить сильно. Відпочивали з дитиною, тому це важливо. Бо велика ймовірність розбудити таким скрипом. Сходи, високі стелі, басейн, привітний персонал попали в саме серце. Сподіваюсь на зміни і покращення. Повернемось до вас з великим задоволенням.
