Плюс - чисто. Благодарность персоналу за отличное качество уборки Минус - холодный бассейн, отвратительный завтрак, после пребывания в отеле забрала машину с парковки с многочисленным царапинами . Обратившись на ресепшен и написав о проблеме менеджеру помощи от сотрудников не получила. По итогу полностью испорченное впечатление об отеле

Прекрасний готель. Обслуговування на супер високому рівні - дуже потішила доброзичливість і привітність персоналу, давно такого не зустрічала. Все чудесно пройшло. Попри відсутність світла в місті - в готелі воно було постійно, було дуже приємно і комфортно перебувати. Все чисто і гарно. Розташування готелю прекрасне. Ще раз хочу подякувати абсолютно кожному працівнику готелю за їх доброзичливість. В теперішній час це так необхідно❤️

Найкращій отель в центрі Одеси, все сподобалось, чудове розташування (в Оперний можна в тапцях ходити), чистота, приємний дизайн номерів такий нюдовий Прованс більш спокійний, чудові сніданки, маленьке але затишне СПА і чистий басейн

Неймовірне місце. Я дуже добре відпочила. Інтерʼєр готелю дуже гарний. Сервіс на вищому рівні ! Наш номер був великим та чистим, ванна кімната дуже сподобалась (навіть хочу в себе схожу зробити ) А ще є парковка біля готелю, що дуже важливо Вид на оперний театр!

Обличчя готелю-це персонал. Всі були на найвищому рівні. Бармен запам'ятав навіть яку я каву щоранку п'ю;) Ресепшен дівчата завжди усміхнені , доброзичливі і чітко відповідають на всі побажання і питання. Сам готель відповідає 5* , як і має бути. Дали номер з видом на море, з великим ліжком по запросу. Злагоджена робота по рації;) Все було чудово. Дякую за відпочинок і хороший настрій. Всім бажаю успіхів!!!

Мій відпочинок у готелі "Дюк" разом з дружиною був чудовим. Номери дуже затишні та добре обладнані, що зробило наше перебування комфортним. Персонал дуже ввічливий і завжди готовий допомогти з будь-якими питаннями. Сніданки були смачними та різноманітними. Особливо сподобався спа – чудове місце для релаксу та відновлення сил. Готель має зручне розташування, що дозволяє легко дістатися до головних визначних місць. Ми обов'язково зупинимося тут знову!

Відпочивали на вихідних в Ribas Duke і залишились дуже задоволені. Круте місцерозташування, одразу за Оперним театром, все поруч, є де прогулятись і провести час. Номери чисті, зручні, облаштовані всім потрібним, до найменших деталей. Сніданки дуже смачні, великий вибір і затишна атмосфера. Ваша сирна запіканка вразила мого чоловіка. Дуже класно, що є можливість відпочити в спа, гарно провели час, також все дуже чисто та затишно. І окрема, вдячність за ваш неймовірно привітний персонал, всі усміхнені, із задоволенням розповіли всі нюанси і робили все можливе для нашого комфортного відпочинку. Обслуговування на найвищому рівні. Рекомендуємо всім завітати саме в Ribas Duke.
