Затишне місце, стильний готель, чудові сніданки, уважний персонал. Єдине, що дуже розчарувало - прибирання номерів. 8.08 прибрали абияк, на підлозі лишили сміття, чай не доклали, хоча видно, що його немає. Кави не було в номері. Заради справедливості - бар був повний і різноманітний! 9.08 взагалі не прийшли прибирати! Взагалі! За таку ціну (двокімнатний люкс) так ставитись….. ніхто не просив чогось занадто…. Але просто винести сміття, додати водички і чаю, туалетний папір… цей факт реально зіпсував враження! Тому не соромтесь як ми, телефонуйте на ресепшин і вимагайте якісного обслуговування за свої ж гроші!

Отдыхали с сестрой остались в восторге. ✔️ расположение отеля идеальное - 10 минут пешком до центра ✔️ их внутренний дворик это нечто😍 хотелось бы проводить там все время но погода не позволила; значит в другой раз ✔️ в комнате есть все и даже больше. Особенно в ванной есть все принадлежности на крайний случай. Продумано до мелочей, что не мало важно при выборе отеля ✔️офгенский спа😍 обязательно рекомендую к посещению!!! ✔️персонал❤️ отдельное спасибо хочу выразить девушке Юлии с ресепшена, которая сделала наше пребывание в отеле лучше. Очень приятная девушка, позаботилась о многих вещах , вежливо общалась и искренне интересовалась нашим с сестрой пребыванием в отеле🫶 ✔️завтрак. Он божественный, особенно вкусный был кофе!😂 выбор многообразен и абсолютно на любой вкус ✔️ еще хочу поблагодарить работника завтрака(к сожалению имени я не запомнила) высокого парня, как я поняла новичка. Но очень старательный и приятный; благодарим за качественный сервис🙏 10/10 за то выполняете работу прекрасно, говорю как человек который когда-то работал так же на завтраке при отеле) ✔️вечером ресторан открыт, позже у них есть рум сервис; понравился лосось и тар тар у них😉 Ноо из минусов: ➖ звукоизоляция в комнате отсутствует 🫠🫠 неск раз просыпалась и думала что кто-то стоит прям в коридоре комнаты у меня, но нет .. вот так было все мега слышно ➖плюс когда вкл вытяжку в ванной тянет сильный запах канализации….. впервые такое встречаю

Згадую цей готель з особливим теплом і дуже чекаю коли буде можливість в ньому зупинитись ще на декілька ночей. Ідеально поєднання стилю, якості, сервісу і затишку! Тож чекаю на відкриття в інших країнах. Італія/Португалія/Іспанія/Польща або інші. Приїду в будь-яке місце заради цього досвіду знов.

Проводили тренінг у цьому готелі. Хочу подякувати від всієї компанії за проявлену турботу, сервісність, лояльність, яку проявляли всі співробітники даного готелю протягом всього заходу. Співпрацюю з різними готелями по всій Україні щомісяця, але такий рівень обслуговування зустрічаю вперше. Великий приклад для всіх готелей!!!!

Я не знаю за що 5 зірок, бо отель і ресторан зганьбився. На жаль. Так, він такий же гарний. Але. Номер преміум люкс. Двері відсувні ні відкрити ні зачинити нормально не можна, викликали майстра. Потолок над ними вже пробитий, мабуть не ми одні не могли відкрити🤭 Холодильник був абсолютно пустий, на третій день таки заповнили бар🤯 Прибирання не якісне і тількі якшо замовляти на ресепшені, на дверях вони на бачать прохання прибрати. Ресторан непогано, але зовсім не так як було з італійським шефом. На жаль, розчарування😭 А таке моє враження було на початку існування 4зіркового😉😅 Прекрасное стильное место, очень красивые удобные номера, у нас была большая терраса, хороший персонал отеля, отменный завтрак. Все отлично, есть нюансы в качестве обслуживания и уборки, хотя как для Одессы высокий уровень)) И к освещению в номере - лампочек много, но как-то бестолково и темно - и в ванной возле зеркала и в комнате, в шкаф надо вообще светить фонариком, чтобы что-то разглядеть. Как-то очень не продуман этот момент. А так замечательное место для приличного отдыха. Большой плюс от присутствия изысканной кухни Elisse и бара с чудесными барменами и вкуснейшим кофе✌️👌🥂☕

Плюси Дуже стильний готель, гарне оформлення номерів, хоч і не завжди зручне (про це в мінусах). На рецепції досить швидко заселили. Сніданок хороший, досить широкий вибір, багато овочів і зелені, стильний інтер'єр. Приємна косметика для душу. Мінуси Розташування на досить шумній вулиці. Маски у персонала під носом або на підборідді. Обслуговування повністю російською. Неуважна офіціантка на сніданку, також без маски, без рукавичок, не запропонували чай або каву, не прибирали брудний посуд. Дизайн номеру наче гарний на вигляд, але не дуже ергономічний. Багато гострих кутів, шнурів. Люстра з важким скляним абажуром, що висить низько над столом, так і проситься, щоб об неї вдарилися, коли розкладаєш щось на столі. Стильні флакончики в душі немає куди поставити, бо падають і виливаються (підставка для мила з заширокими полосками) Замовляла велике ліжко, отримала два зсунутих разом.
