В маме серденько!!! Дуже чисто в номерах, самому отелі та на території. Чистий басейн, довкола нього також доглядають Чистий зручний, безпечний дитячий майданчик на території, та затишна ігрова кімната. Чудові, смачні сніданки, є що обрати на будь який смак, фрукти, овочі, випічка каші, м'ясні страви, та інше. Асортимент сніданків змінюється, що дозволяє залишитися на довший час проживання і не набридне. Класний живий сервіс, дуже приємні офіціанти, просто класні, швидкі. Страви з ресторану дійсно наше авторські, з душею. Цезар дуже смачний, борщ чоловік їв декілька раз, було смачно, гарна порція та подача. Дитяче меню топ, супчик, макарончики зірочки, запечені котлетки...те що треба і головне смачно. Це був кращий відпочинок в Одесі дійсно дякуючи готелю та їх команді. ❤️

Готель нам сподобався Сучасно , красиво, все чисто , охайно , усі ввічливі та готові допомогти НОМЕР просторий, ремонт якісний , багато косметичних засобів хорошої якості, халати , рушник. Є кухня , холодильник, мікрохвильовка , чайник , розраховувала на кавоварку, її не було . По приїзду були пляшечки з водою , на поверхах кулери , це супер . Прибирання ідеальне СНІДАНКИ смачні . Хтось писав, що малий вибір . Мені було всього достатньо: овочі, яйця, омлет, сосиски, млинці, сирники, різні сири, випічка, смачні фрукти, капучіно входить у вартість. Я бачила кращі сніданки, але тут нарікати немає на що. Є все, що треба, все смачне і свіже. Вечеряли в ресторані, теж смачно. Обслуговування достойне. БАСЕЙН непоганий, видають окремі рушники для пляжу чи басейну, які можна кожного разу міняти . Зазначали, що вода 26 градусів, не впевнена, але можливо . Все чисто. Із нюансів - сонце там не цілий день , так як будівля готелю та сусідня затуляють його, на початку вересня десь з 9.30 до 16.00, а так як я хотіла б бути басейн якраз зранку до сніданку чи у другій половині дня, то загорати в цей час вже не виходить . РОЗТАШУВАННЯ: неподалік від золотого берега, сам район не дуже, ввечері освітлюється погано, тротуарів нормальних немає, прогулятися можна на набережній, але до неї в темряві дорога теж не дуже. Наш номер вікнами на дорогу, дещо шумно при відкритому вікні, при закритому ок. ПЛЯЖ : ми їхали на пару днів саме на пляжний відпочинок. Море близько 5-7 хв, але прохід туди не дуже живописний. Саме море і вхід - супер, але пляж не дуже, роздягалень немає, туалет далеко. Лежаків та парасольок не було (6 вересня), казали, що влітку були. Звісно можна пройти до золотого берега, там багато різних пляжів, але то вже далі і там забагато людей ) ВИСНОВОК: чудовий готель на пару днів, як у справах, так і для відпочинку. Є багато чого для комфортного проживання з маленькими дітьми. Але я не назву його готелем для пляжного відпочинку на довгий термін. Особливо хочу відзначити доброзичливість усього персоналу і СЕРВІС. При виселенні дали в дорогу пляшечки з водою - було приємно.

Я отдыхала в отеле и осталась в полном восторге от сервиса и обслуживания. Номер был очень комфортным и чистым, с красивым видом.Персонал отеля был очень внимательным и доброжелательным,особенно администратор София всегда готова помочь и ответить на любые вопросы.

Безумно понравился отель. Всё чистенько, красиво и стильно. В номере убирали каждый день, завтраки вкусные, обслуживание на высшем уровне. Отдельная благодарность официанту Роману. Уделяют внимание каждому гостю, при выселении даже водичку в дорогу дали. Вернемся сюда 100%. Спасибо за отдых))

Відпочивали з друзями декілька днів тому і залишилися дуже задоволені. Не дивлячись на холодне море, нас рятував басейн з підігрівом і ще дуже раджу звернути увагу на їх ресторан - там смачно. Номери хороші, гарно працює інтернет та кондиціонери.

Дуже сподобався готель, гарне обслуговування, все чисто, охайно, привітний персонал, є всі необхідні умови для проживання та відпочинку. Смачна кухня у ресторані, є дитяче меню. Поряд у 5-7 хвилинах ходьби море. Буде можливість - приїдемо ще 🫶
