Отель — отличное место для комфортного отдыха. Номера уютные и чистые, прекрасное расположение, вежливый персонал, особенно хочется выделить Владимира, на любую просьбу откликался и выполнял как можно скорее. Рекомендую!

Відпочивали в готелі ArkPalace. Що можемо сказати – готель виглядає дуже красиво, чудове розташування – 10 хвилин до Аркадії. З переваг – включений сніданок, що дуже зручно, адже не потрібно про це думати, усе поруч. З недоліків – нестача персоналу. Сніданок триває з 9:00 до 11:00, але якщо ви прийдете о 9:30–9:40, половини страв вже може не бути, а поповнювати не встигають, бо працює лише одна людина. Ця ж людина працює зранку на сніданках, а ввечері – у лаунж-зоні (вона дуже втомлюється і фізично не встигає все зробити). На одного працівника покладені всі обов’язки – він і офіціант, і прибирає за всіма, і скрізь, плюс готує каву. Через це не встигає приносити нові страви на сніданок, і доводиться чекати. Також ця ж людина готує коктейлі й кальян. Прибирання в номерах – наче відсутнє: рушники нам не змінювали, тож вони постійно були мокрими, чашки після чаю залишалися брудними. Все, що робили – виносили сміття й застеляли ковдру. За чистими й сухими рушниками потрібно йти до адміністратора. У підсумку: якщо вам важливе розташування – це чудовий варіант 🙂 Готелю хочеться порадити бути більш відповідальним і найняти більше персоналу для зручності своїх гостей.

Всё относительно не плохо, но с завтраками какой-то кошмар! Заявлено, что завтраки с 9.00 до 11.00, но это не так! Ожидание 45 минут. Официант замученный, он один, его по-человечески жалко! Даже хочется помочь! Явно не его вина, а такая организация со стороны администрации!!! Хотя людей не много 🤷‍♀️ Неужели нельзя подготовить продукты с вечера, чтобы утром приготовить?! Вы же знаете плотность заселения! Позавчера была такая же ситуация, вчера- шведский стол, сегодня вновь комплексный завтрак 😳 Люди приехали отдохнуть на море, но выйти из отеля могут ближе к 11.00, потому что ожидали завтрак 🤦🏼‍♀️ Примите, пожалуйста, меры! Хочется привезти домой приятные воспоминания

Мое пребывание в отеле Ark Palace Hotel & SPA в Одессе в период с 22 по 27 июля было замечательным! Номера очень уютные и чистые, персонал всегда дружелюбный и готов помочь. SPA-зона просто супер, идеально подходит для отдыха после прогулок по городу. Отель находится в удобном месте, рядом много кафе и ресторанов, а до пляжа можно дойти пешком. Очень рекомендую этот отель для отдыха в Одессе!

Номера в найгіршому стані,обригані та розбиті. Персонал не професійний,стійка реєстрації не круглосуточна,половина послуг що перед бронюванням обговорювалися виявились платними,не рекомендую!

Бронювали на святкові вихідні. Загалом непоганий номер. З вікна нічого особливого. Виявилось, що готель це тільки 3-4 поверх великої багатоповерхівки. Щоб пройти до номерів - потрібно скористатись 2ма різними ліфтами, пройти ресторан (він не зовсім схожий на ресторан) і поблукати коридорами. На 2й день звикаєш. Але все ж незручно. Персонал привітний. Допомагає зорієнтуватись і при потребі допомагає. На одному з поверхів є спа. Загалом там сподобалось. Ціна за день недешева, але всередині є багато цікавого для відпочинку (в т.ч. і за додаткову плату). Сніданки сподобались. Ситні і смачні.
