The recreation center "Zatyshna Sadyba" is located in the village of Luchin, near the lake and the forest. Guests can stay in cozy houses that have all the necessary amenities: beds with linen, a flat-screen TV, access to free Wi-Fi, air conditioning. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, kitchenware. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, toilet, towels, hairdryer. Each house has its own terrace with a table and benches. One of the cottages has a wood-burning fireplace inside. On the territory there is a private parking lot, a restaurant, a bar, a garden, a terrace, a barbecue area with the necessary equipment, a children's playground, adult and children's pools (seasonal). A barbecue area, sport fishing with your own gear, boats, catamarans, a playground, a trampoline, tennis, mini-football are included in the price of accommodation. For a fee, guests can use wood-fired hot tubs with a cold bath, gazebos by the lake. Accommodation with animals is allowed only by prior agreement and for a fee. The distance from the recreation center "Zatyshna sadyba" to the center of the village is 2.2 km, to the Fastiv bus station - 32.6 km, to the Fastiv-1 railway station - 32.6 km, to the Savertsi railway station - 28.9 km.

Дуже сподобалось в Затишній Садибі , все продумано до дрібниць, це читається у всьому . Затишне, гарне , дуже атмосферне місце з вкусними сніданками , ароматним крафтовим чаєм , чанами з лавандою.А ще дуже талановитим власником, який неймовірно грає на саксофоні! Сповнени вражень, є бажання приїхати знов!

Відпочинок у "Затишній садибі" - той випадок, коли реальність перевершує очікування. У цьому комплексі все продумано до найдрібніших деталей для комфортного відпочинку. Ми з чоловіком побували тут вперше і точно повернемося в Лучин ще не один раз. У Затишній садибі можна чудово відпочити в будь-яку пору року, незалежно від погоди. Тут справді затишно, чисто, смачно! Привітні господарі й незабутня атмосфера! Вікторе, щиро дякуємо, що в Ви зуміли створити райський куточок посеред житомирських лісів.
