Private estate "Sunny house" is located in the village of Pylypets, 3 km. from the village center and 2 km. from the ski lift. It is a two-story cottage equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The cottage has 5 rooms. On the first floor - a dining room for 10 people, a kitchen and a double room with a bathroom. On the second floor - 4 double rooms and 3 bathrooms. Use of the hot tub is paid. Accommodation with pets by prior arrangement. There is a barbecue on the territory of the house (firewood is paid) and parking for a car. There is free Wi-Fi access throughout the cottage. Будинок з хорошим ремонтом, але дуже малою територією. Є кухня з посудом спільна. Кілька разів наголосили, що треба роззуватися, щоб «не смітили і не треба було довго прибирати». Якось не з того починається зустріч.. але ок. Просять не заглядувати за деревʼяну капличку, не ходити вниз галявиною. Насправді спочатку просто не розумієш, де кінець садиби (паркану нема), і логічно природній інтерес спонукає подивитись територію. Обсварили капець. Одна альтанка на всіх гостей. Діліться. Бродячі коти, які при тобі вилазять нагло на стіл. Від садиби до центру курорту з базарчиком, канаткою і рестораном поїсти далеко йти проїжджою вулицею без пішохідних доріжок, машини/автобуси їздять, пилюка, пече сонце - 30 хв з дітьми. Вода гаряча в номері - треба спочатку пропустити воду, хвилин 5.. З дрібниць і складається відпочинок. Пишу все як є, хоча повторюсь, сам будинок чистий, акуратний, жити можна.

Все сподобалось. Гарний чистий будинок, привітні господарі, гарне розташування, близько до водоспаду Шипіт і гори Гимба . Рекомендую.
