One of the best new buildings in the city with a well-thought-out layout and good sound insulation. Convenient access, parking place for cars, playground, shop in the house, quiet courtyard. Within walking distance of the central bus station, district 12 schools, 5 minutes to the city center. Across the road is the exquisite coffee shop "Coffee Shoes", the largest restaurant in the city, "Steel Mountain". The thoughtful design of the apartment is ideally created for a couple, but easily allows four guests to feel comfortable. Orthopedic bed plus sofa bed, TV, WI-FI, refrigerator, lots of dishes, microwave, gas stove, a place for smoking and relaxing on the balcony. The apartment has everything that will make your stay as comfortable as possible. We provide a full package of reporting documents (cash and bank transfer). We carry out group resettlement of guests (in any area). Prepayment is possible. There is an age limit of 21+. At check-in, a passport (original) is required and an insurance amount is possible. Дуже зручне та комфортне житло (я люблю відпочивати з комфортом. бо це повага та гідність до самого себе !).Ціна дуже добра по відношенню до умов проживання. Персонал-КЛАСНИЙ .Все що потрібно-Є!!!Все дуже добре та на висоті !!!
