The complex "Edem" is equipped with nine rooms, among which are comfortable suites and cozy one-room apartments. Готель знаходиться майже в самому центрі Східниці. Номер просторий, чистий, затишний з 2ма окремими кімнатами, санвузлом, коридорчиком та балконом з гарним видом на місто та гори.В готелі є кафе де можна замовляти комплексні обіди смачно і не дорого. Весь персонал привітний.

В кімнаті було все необхідне для комфорту та гарного відпочинку. Дякую.
Дрібниці, про яких не варто згадувати. Наприклад, телевізор не працював. Праска, яку я попросила, також була поламана. Але я телевізор не дивлюсь, а праска мені знадобилась всього один раз. Також зі сміттям, яке накопичувалось, було невідомо, що робити. Хотілось би також мати їдальню поруч. В анонсі кафе було зазначено, але воно не працювало.

Хорошое обслуживание, персонал очень вежливый. Прекрасное расположение, центр. Близко к источнику 2 и 18. В номере чисто, все новенькое.
Были перебои с водой.

Отдыхали в двухместном номере с кухней. Абсолютно новая мебель, сантехника, сенсорная плита, вытяжка, европейский дизайн. Очень чисто и уютно. Остались очень довольны.
На территории нет скамеечек, клумбочек и т. п.

Хорошее расположения отеля ,буквально пять минут от автовокзала , прекрасные комплексные обеды , огромное спасибо Виктории за обслуживания и помощь , все девчонки молодцы ,спасибо за чудесный отдых

Всем привет .Отдыхала в гостинице эдем очень понравилось.персонал отзывчивый. Еда вкусная. Мне лично понравилось всё. Собираюсь в июле приехать ещё. Отдыхала с 15.02 по 26. 02.

Я отдыхала в номере "Люкс". Номер расположен на третьем этаже, окна выходят на улицу Золотая баня. Из окон открывается чудесный вид на горы и на очень красивую деревянную церковь св.Николая. Она стоит на самой горе. Когда-то это была самая высокая точка в Сходнице. Выше дома не строили. Сейчас на другом конце поселка есть частные коттеджи и мини-отели, которые расположены выше церкви. Но это нисколько не умаляет ее красоты. В номере есть застекленная лоджия с набором плетеной мебели (столик и два кресла). Лоджия отапливаемая, т.е. если Вы решите посетить Сходницу зимой, то на теплой лоджии, как и летом можно пить кофе, читать, или просто отдыхать. Номер состоит из двух комнат: гостинной и спальни. В номере есть туалет, умывальник, душевая кабина. В гостинной есть телевизор, холожильник, мягуий уголок (диван, два кресла, журнальный столик), зеркало, туалетный столик. В спальне стоит двухспальная кровать с ортопедическим матроцом, две тумбочки по бокам, на каждой из которых светильники. Есть телевизор. В номерах сделан хороший ремонт, мебель новая, удобная, добротная. Убирают номера каждый день. Смена полотенец - раз в три или четыре дня (не помню), постель меняют раз в пять дней. На втором этаже есть ресторан. Можно заказать комплексный обед, можно диетический, а можно просто выбрать блюда из предложенного меню. Готовят вкусно, и не дорого. Персонал вежливый, обходительный. В гостинице есть возможность принимать различные процедуры: ванные, аромотерапия, и пр. В общем стандартный набор как в любом санатории бальнеологического курорта. И своим отдыхом и гостиницей я осталась довольна, и буду его рекомендовать своим друзьям и знакомым.

Что сразу разместили,не учитывая расчетный час,вежливый молодой персонал,всегда спрашивает,что как:вы разместились,не холодно в номере,есть,ли горячая вода,тихо,спокойно,уютно
Предлагаемые номера,наверно в бытовом плане не всегда осматриваются сантехниками,В душевой кабине,смеситель требует ремонта,но это мелочи
