Досить гарне місце для відпочинку, на території є три деревяні будиночки, маленьке озеро, мангали, альтанка і басейн з лежаками, в номері є душ і можливість підігріти їжу. Що приємно що за дрова власник не бере додаткову плату. На території є можливість паркувати авто. По локації: за 50м від садиби знаходиться крісельний витяг до гори "Погар" станом на серпень 24року ціна 200гр з особи, там же є можливість покататись на тюбінгу. В межах 300-500м протікає річка опір. Є кафе де можна пообідати чи повечеряти. З мінумів ще близьке пролягання колії. Ціна приємна. Загалом враження позитивне, рекомендую.

Очень теплый и уютный дом, есть все необходимое для проживания 12 человек. Единственный минус это всего одна душевая в доме, два санузла. Есть камин и подогрев полов в кухне и прихожей. Находится в минуте ходьбы от подъемников на горе Погар.

Мне понравилось, но есть нюансы( шумоизоляция). Дом находится не далеко от подъёмка ,есть плюс втом что не нужно тратиться на такси ,а минус в том что ночью слышно как работают пушки для снега. В доме есть кухня можно готовить самому , рядом есть колыбы если не хотите готовить. По отоплению претензий нет, горячая вода тоже есть. Хозяин добродушный человек откликается на любую просьбу))
