У садиби доволі гарне розташування - навколо гори, а до найближчого підйомнику можна дістатися пішки. Є більярдний та тенісний столи, нарди. За додаткову плату можна замовити баню.
Найнеприємніше враження створила Ксенія (адміністратор готелю), яка постійно виглядала чимось незадоволеною. В нас було враження, ніби вона робить нам велику послугу, що приймає нас! Непривітним був і господар Роман, який на питання, чи зможе він нас підвезти вранці наступного дня, відповів: "Я не знаю, що буде завтра..." У шухлядці знайшли сміття від попередніх відпочиваючих. Деякі меблі (стільці) були зламані. У шафі лише два вішаки. Вікно замоцькане, на батереї - пил. У душі скрізь пліснява. Гарячої води треба чекати хвилин десять, після чого вона тече тоненьким струменем. В їдальній кімнаті валяються ганчірки. Камін заставлений столом. Немає ніяких прикрас до зимових свят. Можливо, без щоденного прибирання можна обійтися, а от рушники у зимовий період можна міняти хоча б кожні три дні.
