The private estate ‘U Demiana’ is located 250 metres from the chair lift to Pogar Mountain. Guests are offered accommodation in a 3-storey house for 12 people and in a small wooden cottage for 4 people. There is a kolyba with a hall for 50 people on the territory of the estate ‘U Demiana’. Расположение удобное для катания на Погаре. Ехали первый раз, запрашивали заочно не видев номеров. Возможно нам дали не лучшие, хотя непонятно почему. Все старенькое, не могу сказать, что понравилось. Все номера не смотрели, может на верхних этажах есть что то лучше. Толи там занято. Потому уточняйте, когда поселяетесь, это лучшее, что у вас есть или так себе. Потому что у нас был проверенный вариант получше, как оказалось. А по рассказам мы думали, что здесь будет лучше и попробовали. Хозяева общаются, в приниципе. Иниернета не было. ТВ не работал. Оставалось смотреть на горы, благо виды хорошие).Горячая вода была, спалось нормально, холодно не было. Удобно, что рядом колыба Забава, одно из лучших мест в этих краях покушать и посидеть вечером
