Дуже сподобався готель, його місцерозташування. Все чисте і доглянуте. Персонал ввічливий та чуйний до побажань та прохань. Прекрасний ресторан готелю, де за дуже помірні ціни можна смачно поїсти, порції при цьому не "дитячі" :) Дуже вдячна за прийом!

В номері не працював внутрішній замок на дверях туалету. Не зверталась до адміністратора, бо не було часу цим займатись. Також, дещо засмутило принципове спілкування російською мовою з відвідувачами ресторану однією з його працівниць: навіть при тому, що відвідувачі звертаються і роблять замовлення українською мовою, жодного слова українською від працівниці ми так і не почули. В полеміку не вступали, але, впевнена, що на 9му році війни росії проти України сфера обслуговування має вже остаточно перейти на державну мову. Буду вдячна за усунення такого недоліку!

Зручне розташування. Досить великий сніданок - було написано, що "європейський", але повноцінний.

Коли відкриваєш воду в ванній кімнаті, з`являється запах з каналізації, але це не критично.

Центр города, удобное транспортное сообщение, но в тоже время было очень тихо даже на первом этаже. Номер очень чистый, аккуратный, укомплектован всем необходимым, без излишеств: телевизор, холодильник, фен, есть гарячая вода, душевая кабина, чистое и очень свежее постельное белье и полотенца. Персонал приветливый и отзывчивый.

Чисто, уютно

В 4 часа утра другие жильцы пришли к себе в номер и разговаривали и смеялись, что было очень даже слышно. В общем слышимость очень высокая, что мешало комфортному отдыху.

Месторасположение - центр города. Завтрак входит в стоимость проживания. Первый раз встречаю отель, в котором вместе с средствами личной гигиены выдается набор ниток и иголок.

Не смотря на ремонт, создается впечатление "советской" гостиницы. В номере холодно, батарей нет. Есть кондиционер, становится теплее, но тогда нечем дышать.
