Очень приятное обслуживание, хорошие цены,чистота в номере, не кто не торопит чтобы в 12 освободить номер есть парковка. Рекомендую

Понравилось, что сразу с нами связались, прислали смс подтверждение бронирования, на сайте было написано, что можно с собакой, и это соответствовало действительности. Парковка бесплатно.

В номере было влажно, стекло на двери в ванную в разводах и отпечатках пальцев предыдущих жильцов. Не понравилось, что во всем номере пол из плитки,от него тянет холодом. Стаканы были не помыты надлежащим образом, тоже в разводах. На общей кухне было грязно, остатки еды на столе.Дали электрочайник, за который огромное спасибо, но мне пришлось его отмыть внутри от конкретного слоя накипи.

Наличие стоянки для автомобиля (прямо под окнами).

1 - Отсутствие холодильника. 2 - Нет в номере чайника, за стаканом кипятка приходиться идти на другой этаж.

Бюджетный отель, приятный персонал, на ресепции 24/7 кто-то находится. Недостающий комплект постели и одеяла принесли быстро.

Заплатить за номер можно только наличкой, нас никто не предупреждал. Неудобно, все уже перешли на карты в основном. В номере было грязно: повсюду паутина, за 3 дня пребывания в отеле мы убили 3 паука и 2 непонятных жука. В комнате очень душно, открытое окно не помогает. На окне нет сетки. На четверых проживающих людей положили аж 2 упаковочки шампуня, тапочек не было (на полу плитка и в номере нет коридора - грязь разносить вообще просто). Полотенца выдали не банные, а для лица - неудобно. В номере нет шкафчика (правда, есть вешалка у входа) для одежды и всего 1 прикроватная тумба - вещи складывать некуда. Интерьер весьма незамысловатый - половина номера прокрашена краской, половина - плиткой покрыта. По отметинам на стене и полу мы поняли, что там раньше была ванная комната. Возле двери вовсе не было краски - просто штукатурка размазана. Вишенкой на торте стала полупрозрачная дверь в туалет + сломанный замок, то есть дверь не закрывалась. Для четверых в номере реально мало места. Нельзя поставить 3 кровати и диван и сказать что это номер на четверых. В номере нет фена, по телефону говорили, что можно будет попросить на ресепции. Когда я попросила, его там не оказалось, сказали что занесут если он вдруг он появится. Не появился, пошла гулять с мокрой головой.
