Отель находится на тихой улице в нескольких минутах ходьбы от центра и всех достопримечательнойстей. Понравился номер, просторный люкс с отдельной гостиной и спальней, двумя балконами и хорошей мебелью. Неожиданно большая ванная комната. Персонал был очень гостеприимным. Очень вкусные завтраки. Есть небольшая частная парковка с местом для 5-6 машин.
С открытыми окнами слышно шум поезда.

На удивление просторный номер. Отель находится недалеко от центра Тернополя. Понравился очень гостеприимный и услужливый персонал

Зручне місто розташування (близько до центру та з/д вокзалу, тиха вулиця), доброзичливий персонал. Смачні сніданки. Просторий номер. Наявний перелік зручностей повністю відповідає обіцяним. Рекомендуємо для зупинки та відпочинку.
В прихожій та в одній із спалень не висточало шафок для розміщення одягу.

гостиница в самом центре. Дойти пешком куда-то не проблема. В тихом месте. В основном все хорошо.
Номер люкс потенциально рассчитан на 4 человека, но сушилка в ванной рассчитана только на одного человека. Летом в жару негде просушить потную одежду перед уборкой в шкаф. Можно было бы сделать что-то на балконе для этого. Но эта проблема не только этой гостиницы, а большинства.

Местонахождение, очень удобно , близко к центру, но не шумно, приветливый персонал, заказ завтраков в номер, администраторы подсказали по экскурсиям и другим мероприятиям.

Спасибо владельцам данной гостиницы в организации всех процессов данного комплекса. В номере чувствуешь себя как дома. Отдельную благодарность хочу выразить администратору Елене за создание уюта и комфорта, за качество обслуживания, за гостеприимство, и доброту, за завтрак в номер, СПАСИБО.
Единственное неудобство которое мне пришлось испытать - месторасположение. Город не знаю, впервые, ехал по навигатору, пришлось сделать лишний круг, сразу не понял что отель находится в глубине двора. Как вариант можно согласовать с городскими инстанциями и установить знак с указателем. Но это не проблема, а маленькое неудобство.
